The equipment is well maintained, it's clean, machine converting bills to coins, machines also take credit cards, my clothes were cleaned and dried without incident. There is plenty of chairs and a picnic table, folding stations, laundry soap machines, bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Free WiFi Internet while you wait. Smells clean. Overall it was a great experience and I appreciate the owner who has pride of ownership and keeps a tight ship. I'm not recommending driving 50 miles to go here but if you do, I assure you will enjoy the beautiful country views of this part of Arkansas. I went again this week and there was a mishap with the men's bathroom, but I don't penalize my review for it. Some knucklehead wasn't polite. Notified the owner and received a quick friendly response from the gentleman. If I'm still in the area (50 miles) I'll be back! In closing I'll say that my initial impression is that if everyone cared about everything like this owner does for this business we all would be living in a better world.

Came back a hour later and it was folded in a bag . Took it home- Wasn't clean- called her to tell her and she said she wasn't going to refund me that 30$ was for her time and the Tide. Like WHAT?!! U didn't clean it .. your time - your not a doctor - 30$ for an hour wash that wasn't cleaned - you completely rob the maumelle folks and your dishonest I added a video and pic of this not sure if they will share it with y'all but I did post pic and video

Even when I knocked over my water container and we mopped the floor. Large washer, $4.50, dryers were .50 cents to start and you could add quarters. Clothes were clean and completely dry. I had already lost $6 on one washing machine (that was on me), and THEN I lost $6.50 on FOUR (!!) dryers that didn't work. Two dryers stopped right away and gave error messages, one blew only cold air and after I opened and restarted it, it stopped working, and the last never started at all. FYI -- you have to put a minium of $1.50 in to get a dryer to even start. I wanted to leave a written notice of what had happened but the box for doing that has been removed. I called next day and after, but no-one answered. Reached out to corporate office via their website; no response. Reached out via Messenger with details, dryer numbers, photos, and even a description of myself and what I was wearing (in case they wanted to look at video). So I jumped through multiple hoops and was told they would mail refund. It has been eight days and no refund. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The attendant a black girl in her 20s was really rude to me, I was like sorry im bleeding heavily i apologised and she just immediately went into the restroom and started spraying down the toilet and mopping the floor. i wasn't done useing the restroom i needed to change clothes so while she was hurrly cleaning the restroom I ended up having to use the mens restroom for changeing my clothes. She was basically rude, in the way she entered the bathroom right after me. So, i was like hey how are you i was being friendly ... wheres a good place to eat " She was like dont even talk to me, I am heated and i was like uhh okk.. She was honestly just so rude to me.. ya know i didn't do anything wrong here I wasnt' as tidey as i could have been cuz i was just profusely bleeding and its not like the place was busy she could have given me a chance to finish useing the restroom before cleaning like crazy honestly she like rushed in there and was just so hastily cleaning and angry so quickly I asked her about a good place to eat since i am from oklahoma city .. And she just basically told me to shut up dont talk to her.. She didn't care why i was bleeding hard she didn't ask if i was ok... She was to busy being mean and angry and rude to care about anyone but herself. Super rude to someone who wasn't doing anything wrong... Simply trying to wash laundry like anyone else... and yeah i was bleeding heavily from a medical condition. and i did try to clean up after myself i wasn't just untidey if that makes any sense i am human I dont deserve to be treated with hate and disrespect anger disgust simply for a medical condition. or being human thats descrimination and ignorance if you ask me If it were me in that situation id of asked the person if they were ok medically needed help i might have given him her longer to use the restroom and wouldn't have just rushed in immediately and i deifnatly wouldn't have been told a customer to shut up and dont talk to me..
