My mom loves to cook and she has her eye on the Instant Pot Duo™ Nova™ 8-Qt. 7-in-1, One-Touch Multi-Cooker. Wow, it was quite emptied this Monday morning. We took the escalators up to the third floor where you can buy home and kitchen products. My mom and I were trying to figure out how to open the Instant Pot's lid. There was only one cashier ringing up an enormous line but I spotted a sales associate folding bath towels. She tried to help us until Wendy (MyStylist) pointed out that the ones on display were locked. Wow, thank you, Wendy, for being in the right place at the right time! She showed us the remaining three boxes for the 8-quart size but unfortunately, other customers rummaged through those boxes. I am picky about those little details though. Instead, Wendy placed an online order for my mom so Macy's can deliver it to us. My mom was happy about today's successful purchase. Next time, ask for Wendy because I highly recommend her. She provided us with excellent customer service and has great knowledge of Macy's products!
