A bit conflicted about this one- small portions, as expected in a fine dining restaurant,…read moreinteresting dishes, however , they were missing something. We walked in, and it was our lucky day, we got a table for 2, but do make a reservation, it filled up quickly after 9pm , all with reservations, people who kept walking in after us were turned away. The service... very attentive, perhaps too attentive, we almost felt like there was no private time for us, the plates were taken immediately, at one point I was still enjoying my food when my plate was attempted to be removed... Most of the staff is very nice, some have that "stock up" behavior to them :)), but courteous.
The food: appetizer-monk fish with sour cream and zucchini, it was a bit raw on the inside, which is not my favorite, but it was flaky and delicious. Then it was deep fried lamb shanks-3 small lollipop shanks, good flavor but to me it was missing something, perhaps a sauce , it was good but not great, I am a fan of lamb and I honestly had better. Bell pepper gnocchi-interesting flavor of bell pepper, very good , was too small of a portion :) . They served complimentary cucumber "soup", so refreshing and creative. The desert- meringue -Amazing, not too sweet , not too sour, light and satisfying.
So, overall, good but not as great as it was for other reviewers, unfortunately. Also, there is really no view, juts of a wall of Galleria.
