Every time I've come here the wait is insufferable. Not for nothing everytime I've booked an appointment, and still waited for over 45 minutes to be seen. I understand health care world is busy, however don't offer the ability to book an appointment if walk ins are seen before scheduled appointments. What's your first reaction when someone with a nosebleed and facial wounds walks through your door? This place was anything but a place for care. Their first reaction was to get us out the door because they didn't want any more people coming in -- it seemed like they were ready to close - we got in at 740pm and the place closes at 8pm - it was Saturday. My partner had a go-karting accident and was injured pretty badly at Superchargers, just a mile away. We rushed here, only to be told they were "backed up" and couldn't see us -- which was obviously untrue. There were only three people waiting ahead of us. A horrible experience. Definitely not a place of care. They got the name right though -- "Convenient Care" -- convenient for them, not for anyone who actually needs help. read more

Get people that pay attention! Three time o was asked which pharmacy I used, I told them CVS in South Attleboro-these morons sent it to a CVS in Taunton! How can anyone with a brain get Taunton from South Attleboro? Oh, and it gets better; since it was filled I can't get another filled by my doctor even though I never picked it up! If they're that brainless they made a mistake like that, I can imagine how they screw up the big stuff-like diagnosis and treatment. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I've taken my son here 3 times in the last 3 months and each time has been great. I can easily make an appointment online, all my information is saved after the first appointment so paperwork is a breeze, we don't wait longer than 20 min, and we've gotten great quality care. I was seen on Christmas Eve at this location for a semi-urgent eye issue that required antibiotics. I specified on the electronic intake form, to the desk receptionist and again to attending doctor what my pharmacy was, and after a reasonable wait, I was seen at 2pm and it was determined that a prescription should be called in. At 4pm, nothing had arrived so I called back to inquire. After several calls and messages, I was able to figure out that the offices had closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I called my pharmacy and confirmed that nothing was received. The condition worsened, necessitating an emergency room visit on Christmas morning at a local hospital. I was able to get a prescription from that visit and fortunately was able To save my eye. I called back on 12/26 to this location to ask for a manager to discuss a refund for my copay. I did not receive a reply from the manager that day, and called again on 12/27 after leaving messages with the billing department and finally spoke to someone in the office. They admitted that the prescription was sent to the wrong location, and still refused a refund because I was seen in the office. I noted that I would contest the charge with my credit card, and was promptly hung up on. If I was severely injured or had a condition that required immediate on-site care or a transfer to a hospital, I might go back if there were absolutely no other reasonable options, or if I was unconscious and unable to ask for a different option. If I needed a prescription called in for something, however, I'd go anywhere else. read more

I will NEVER go back to this place again. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to fix a bill, and no one will help, or I get hung up on. They are billing me for surgery to wrap my son's hand in an Ace bandage. There was no bone out of place or wound to clean...$400 to wrap his hand, which took 2 minutes. Ok. So I had to edit. After the long wait. The service was exceptional. They were soooooo thorough. The doctors were great. The entire staff that checked me was great. Glad I didn't walk out from a lack of impatience and decided to stay. I would give them less than 1 star if I could. I waited way over the time they said. They told 1 person was ahead of me for 40 min. Meanwhile so many patients were being called in between that time. And most of them were walk ins like me. Don't even try reserving your place in line because that doesn't work. You follow the instructions- it tells you you'll be texted 20 mins before you should arrive yet if you look at your place in line it keeps going higher so say you were a 4 in the queue now you're a 10. They literally take walk ins before you, then a heavier set girl with an attitude at the front desk says that's what they do. That's not what they do bc I called their Bellingham location where their practice manager was bc 3 of us were asking for that - and they refused to give it out. The woman at Bellingham said the practice manager was notified but wouldn't be able to talk to me. She also admitted the heavier set girl at the front and the African American girl to the side lied blatantly to us. Which 3 of us already knew. Then the one on the side had the nerve to say did I follow up with my pcp I said no bc she left the practice and my new one was away on maternity leave. She shook her head. I was told I have reactive issues to evidently the cold and warm weather. They have zero clue what they are doing and had the nerve to put down other clinics. Stay away. I will never go to this place again. I went in for possible strep. I had multiple symptoms start on Wednesday and went in to do a rapid test which came back negative. They did a throat culture and told me it would be 2-3 days for results. I waited till the third day and called and the girl on the phone said "idk why they said 2-3 when it takes 3-5 days" waited 6 days and called again and then they said they didn't know why they said 3-5 days when it takes 5-7 days plus, the girl on the phone was extremely rude. there is no organization to this place and clearly no urgency for the care of their patients. read more

I'm surprise by the bad reviews. I've been there multiple time for colds, sinus infection, and sons injured arm. The receptionist are friendly and fast. And tell you like it is - as a walk in clinic wait times fluctuate seasonal and time of week/day. And each practitioner I've worked with has been polite, informative and given a good exam. read more

I've been here a few times with mixed feelings. I was hesitant to go back but did this past week. We saw the PA Krista. She was wonderful. Listened to my concerns and provided options for treatment. The intake nurse was also lovely. My only complaint was the wait time. I checked in online to speed up the process but patients who arrived after me were taken before me. My wait time went from 1 person ahead to multiple. I don't quite know how that works. read more

The receptionist and nurse I saw this morning we're fantastic however, I cannot say the same about the practitioner. Overall the practitioner seemed unprofessional. For example not only did he have my symptoms wrong, he tried to collect swabs for test the nurse already collected (ex. COVID). It's also worth mentioning that the practitioner had poor communication skills which ended up with me having to call back with follow up questions. read more

I walked in feeling ill with Covid symptoms Women at front tried to turn me away because they were all booked even though I still wanted to be seen regardless of not getting tested .. I was seen this past Monday 1/29/2024 at the Ludlow location. My throat is very red, swollen, and sore. The P.A. performed a strep test to be sent out to the lab but nothing was prescribed in the meantime. I was just told to take tylenol. I have called this office over a number of times of the last few days to check to see if there was anything they could do but always am put on hold and then after about 10 minutes am told to leave a message - which I did and no one ever has gotten back to me. My throat has progressed into a more severe state and am trying to get some answers with no avail. I have also gone onto the LabCorp website and see that there were no test that were even run for my strep test. I would like to know what is happening and why I am not able to see my test results. I went there for a back to work drug test and physical after not being able to find me in the system on Saturday, I went back Sunday then after all the B.S. giving my info they tell me I had to go to another convenient MD because they had no men to watch me.First of all it doesn't matter what your policy or a companies policy it is to watch you perverts it's illegal in Massachusetts without a court order from previously failing or if you were caught tampering with your sample on site and of course my work says they have a no look policy beca it's an invasion of privacy were a union shop. read more

Grossly overpriced. I just received a bill for a strep test - $291. For a strep swab and 3 minute chat with a practitioner. Should have gone to CVS, where a strep test is listed as being between $35 and $45. This place is GOUGING patients. Hard lesson learned, but learned indeed. read more

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Not only is this place more convenient than going to an emergency room, the staff is friendly, helpful and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The facility here is brand new and very large and can take care of most things a hospital can do, has doctors and nurses on staff and can do everything from Covid tests to XRays to prescribing drugs. The staff is prompt and very nice and I had no issues. Not sure why all the other reviews are bad but I give this place an A+. read more

I do not recommend this place AT ALL. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I called Tuesday and asked the protocol for covid testing. They said no was appointment needed, that it is walk in. I asked what the wait time was and they said 30 minutes to an hour and a half. I sent my fiancé right over who was having covid symptoms to be tested. He got there and filled out paperwork (no one was there to sanitize the pens or clipboards that all the patients were issuing). He brought his paperwork into the front desk they told him to wait in his car and they will call him when they were ready for him to come in. He got there at 3 o'clock. He waited in his car and he got an email at 3:51pm stating he would be seen around 5:40pm. At 6:25pm he walked into the building asking what time he was actually going to be seen. They said there was one person ahead of him and they would call him when he could come in. He was finally called in at 6:35pm he waited over 3 hours to even be seen! The provider said his symptoms didn't resemble covid and he didn't think it was covid but tested him anyways. The provider told him that they would call him if the results were positive and they took 2-4 days. He never received a phone call with his positive covid results. He called Thursday and they said someone would call him back. Another 24 hours later they finally called him back. They didn't even call to give him results they only called because he has requested to get a call back! She asked why he was calling and said he was told he'd get a call right away if they were positive. She said no we're a busy clinic we don't call right away. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. I work in the medical field and I know how busy it is but if it is a positive covid result those results need to be communicated ASAP. The only reason we got the results was because we set in an online account with the lab itself. One of his coworkers is is there now and he has been there for over 3 hours too! read more

The level of care, love and professionalism of the staff here is outstanding. I've been deal with a medical issue that my PC couldn't see me before August. Not only has ConMd but I've treated me but they've seen me twice. Then was there for me over the phone when I had questions and needed follow up meds. I'd be lost with out these guys. read more

I find it very uncomfortable and unprofessional that when you go to check in for an appointment, provide all necessary details to the receptionist, and yet, they still find a way to stereotype you. I told the receptionist what time my "reservation" was for and gave my name, and she turned around and said "Is your daughter Remy?" Assuming because I'm brown, I felt like she picked the most ethnic name on the list to match my child. And for the record, my daughters name is Chyler. This associate is never pleasant, honestly. But the medical staff is full of friendly people. They're all great from what I encountered. They need to rethink the person greeting and checking patients at the front, in my opinion. read more

Horrible management and follow through. It took 2 hours to be seen after our "appointment" and during that time, much confusion between one member of the staff to the next. My ill son had to remain in a cold 20 degree care for one hour because of the utter nonsense. The nurse and doctor/NP seemed capable, but 7 days later we were still waiting on testing. We took my daughter in on Sunday due to her doctors being closed and not having anyone in office for sick visits . The staff was amazing with our daughter. They allowed us to wait in the car for her comfort. Every single staff member treated my daughter like their own and everyone came in with stickers to try to cheer her up . They were able to diagnosis Pneumonia and get her started on meds so we didn't have to wait another day and chance her getting sicker. I will absolutely use them again ! read more

Horrendous, will never go there again. I have been denied a COVID test on two separate occasions here. First time was back in March 2021: I went there to get a PCR test to verify whether my rapid test result was a false positive (spoiler alert: CVS confirmed it was in fact a false positive). Second time was today: I'm vaccinated, but went for a PCR test because a family member (who I've been in close contact with every day for the last week) tested positive. They again would not test me because it was "too soon" and "wouldn't be accurate" and told me to come back in 5 days??? Makes no sense. Recommend you go literally anywhere else for your urgent care needs. read more

Extremely disappointed! Had a telemed appt during the week and physician scheduled a rapid Covid test. Went in Saturday at 8am for the rapid test after standing in line for 10 mins in the rain I got inside to have my test and was told I didn't qualify for a rapid and they refused even tho it was the physicians screw up. Everyone was nice, was seen in about 1 hour. But, treatment required a time sensitive med which wasn't called in until about 20 hrs after I was seen. I'd left a message that night about closing time when I found out they still didn't call it in but got no call back the next morning. I don't give this place a 5 because of the stupid ladies at the front desk. We arrived there and my husband was in severe pain. He fell off his bike. Right after falling, he said he could not feel his entire right side of the body and he heard a crack in his neck. We explain that to the front lady and told her he was in pain and mostly needed a xray. I asked if they were able to care for him or should I take him to a hospital. She talked to someone else in the front desk area and after some laughs, she told me they were able to care for him but I needed to wait an hour. Since we are visiting from Florida and have not clue about the area so we decided to wait. Due to covid, we prefer waiting in our car. After about an hour a nurse call asked some questions and asked us to go inside. She seemed worried and concerned. Once inside, when the doctor saw my husband condition he rushed behind us in the room. He said he skep a few patient but my husband condition worried him (thanks God he did). After examined him and said he saw no signs of fracture but due to my husband pain he rather do a xray. Shortly after the xray we were call to another room were my husband neck was immobilized. He did have a fractured in C3 and they called the ambulance. I am very glad the doctor took the extra precautions and did an xray. Also the fact that he saw something was not right and did not made us wait another 45 minutes in the cubicle. Once we were inside, all the nurses and technicians were amazing. The front desk ladies should have some sort of training to understand when something is an emergency! All they offered was an ice pack They all have guilty face after they understood the severity of his condition and how they ignored and even laughed at us. At one point, she have some questions and she made him stand up from the chair he was sitting and painfully walk to her to answer stuff I could have answered.
