Fought with them for weeks to rebill it or refund it and they wouldn't. Front desk staff is also terrible about relaying messages or getting back to you. I was in a collision the morning of 9-20-24 with my husband and our little dog. Because of the way, the big truck with an iron grill, guard hit the trunk of our car. It sent most of the force into the passenger seat where I was sitting. When I first started physical therapy all the way in Ft Worth at Clear cut ortho, it was because Cross Timbers out of Granbury assured me that was the closest place they could find knowing that the Church was helping me jump through all these fiery hoops to get to all these far away places. Mama, Deborah Swanson convinced me right before my next Clear cut ortho appointment, came up to cancel it and to get me in to Dr. Bierman. That was a great act of faith, because nothing with the insurance was set up there not even a referral that was requested by Dr. Bierman and denied by the worst primary care provider I have ever experienced in my life where the physicians assistant will say seething who's the professional here all while seeing frustrated tears with a very distorted lens. This move took a great leap of faith for my mama, Deborah Swanson, not knowing if insurance would approve, or if my new VERY good primary would even send a referral. Today I only had my seventh visit at soar physical therapy. After only my second visit, the swollen strap around my left hip was almost completely gone. Due to all of my frustration over six months of careless medical treatment. I walked in the day before yesterday ready to quit everything. Andrea was so sweet and so kind offering up a tissue box. Hallie was also there just quietly letting me be upset. Dr. Bierman came out from the back very professional calling me by name like a friend wynama why don't you come to the back with me. From the ladies at the front desk to Dr. Bierman in the back, so gentle so understanding so down to earth, so compassionate. I avoided medical treatment with the exception of occasional ER visits for 21 years. Then, whenever I needed more medical care than I have ever needed in my life, I became fearful and even leery because of the carelessness under my original primary at Accel Health where my husband had to look up what Dr. goes to what body part so that I could go request referrals. It's so sad that we have to find greater appreciation for such good quality care after going through the worst carelessness from the medical field. And yet I am so grateful to God for moving through my mama, Deborah Swanson on such a BIG leap of faith. Whenever I'm doubting all the way through because it looks like another door is going to be slammed in our face whenever I just canceled the cold atmosphere at Clear cut ortho to jump on this leap of faith with the best mama I have ever known. If you're looking for a more down-home atmosphere for your physical therapy, where Dr. Bierman will express his frustration with you if the body resets itself into what was for eight months. I walked in two days ago, wanting to quit everything and I walked out, ready to keep moving forward and processing through. I highly recommend the people at soar physical therapy!! ONLY two visits, and that swollen strap was almost gone before resetting itself temporarily into the trauma that has been for eight months. The craziest part is mama Debbie understanding anything that works for most doesn't necessarily work for all and that she didn't know if this would work or not. She just knew she wanted me to experience good quality medical care even if Dr. Bierman had not been able to show such major improvement after only two visits

We were told that the doctor was in his way. At 10am, we left the office without seeing the doctor because he STILL had not made it to the office!!! Her eyes had been dialated and everything!! I told them we would make an appointment with another Physician who cared enough to at least show up on time!! The last time we will use Dr Kerr!!!

Its only allergy testing man!!!! How does it matter. I do not want to pay 35$ copay for just obtaining a referral and then pay bills for allergy stuff. Come on!! I despise that place.
