It was about 5:30 p.m. in early March on a Saturday and the sun was still out when I called them from the nearest home, about a half mile hike from my vehicle. My vehicle was stuck in snow. They said because of the distance it would take them 1.5 hours to 2 hours to show up. The reality is that I was a 34 minute drive from the headquarters, according to Google Maps. They didn't give me any sense of how much the service would cost. By the time they showed up, around 6:45 p.m., it was cold and dark. It wasn't strange weather conditions though -- it wasn't raining, snowing, and the temperature was just under freezing, if I recall correctly. We had no access to cell service where we were located or once we left the house so we couldn't call around for other choices. The head office had radio service with their truck driver. The truck driver told me it took him 20 minutes to get to the site from his previous job. The office said, through the truck driver, service would be $340. We tried to bargain with them. They declined. All they did for actual work was use a winch to pull the vehicle out of the off road patch of snow, which took about 10 minutes or less.

There are 2 things that will happen to you if you bring your car there for repair. Expect no mercy at all, you will totally be robbed for whatever they can get away with. They give free written estimates, get an estimate for work you need, go around to other shops and see how much you are being ripped off.

So I told him picking up the if we're not gonna work on it the day I was picking it supposedly did fuel pump when I went to start the car it would not start and turn over so I had it towed to my house. I had in the mechanic installed a new fuel pump. He said that they did not install the low pressure power steering hose line . So they took me for $200 for service they didn't do and for a part that they messed up on plus I didn't get my part back that I ordered and 32 ounces of power steering fluid..!! when I got the bill they only charged me for the installation of the fuel pump which they messed up and broke prime it.!! don't go to them. They'll rip you off.!!!! I called times about They never called me back. Don't trust these guys .And since it was in the parking lot took my emblem off the back of my car on the property .And stole $3 of change in my car . I would take them to small claims court .
