We have photos from multiple rain events showing the water level looks identical to before any work was done. To their credit, every installer who came out was friendly and professional. But every single one of them said the same thing: a French drain was not the right solution for our situation. That's their own team telling us this. What followed was being passed between sales reps and installation crews with no resolution. The most recent response from a supervisor was a new proposal -- recommending gutters and a sump pump.
