Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. My first appointment was with Tresa Davis. I happened to be off work that day and was driving home when my appointment started. Without asking any questions, she immediately said she needed to reschedule me. I pulled over right away and explained that I had never been told I couldn't be driving during the appointment. After going back and forth, even after I had safely pulled over, she still insisted on rescheduling. A few days later, I had another appointment with Basia, and that experience felt like a high-pressure sales pitch. I felt pushed to make a decision and schedule a procedure during the consultation, even though I had not even had a consultation with the doctor who would actually be performing it. I was presented with different pricing options and told that scheduling sooner would get me a discount, while waiting a month would cost more. I explained that I planned to pay half in cash, but Basia encouraged me to apply for financing instead. I felt pressured to apply, even though I only intended to see whether I qualified. The application required additional banking or payment information to initiate payments. I didn't have my debit card with me, but I was still encouraged to log into my banking app and complete the process. Even afterward, I continued receiving messages pushing me to finish the application. Ultimately, I decided NOT to schedule the procedure because the entire experience felt forced and sales-driven. A few days later, Basia contacted me again asking if I was ready to schedule. When I said no, she told me that because I had already applied for financing, I would be responsible for repaying the loan even if I never scheduled the procedure. I contacted PatientFi and discovered that the financing had already been disbursed, and my first payment was coming up in a couple of weeks. I then contacted the office to ask them to cancel the financing, but they told me that wasn't possible because I had filed a dispute and asked me to cancel it. When I contacted PatientFi, they said they had never heard of the situation being described that way and advised me to keep the dispute open while they contacted the office. Thankfully, I eventually received confirmation that the loan had been canceled. The office had been given until October 17 to respond, and I can only speculate about why the process took as long as it did. My biggest issue is that I never scheduled a procedure, yet I ended up dealing with financing, a dispute, and the stress of potentially having to make payments for a procedure I never agreed to move forward with. Cosmetic procedures are a big decision, and patients should feel informed, comfortable, and free to take their time--not pressured into financing or making an immediate commitment. I also have concerns about the doctors featured on the company's Instagram and whether they are still affiliated with the practice or hold the appropriate board certifications. Please do your own research and independently verify any provider's credentials before committing. This was MY personal experience, and I'm sharing it so others can ask questions, carefully review any financing paperwork, and understand exactly what they are agreeing to before proceeding.
