    since my review was removed from google i figured id come here to warn everyone I have been living here for a year, the building has potential but i dont even know where to begin. The front desk staff is completely useless basically allowing anyone into the building, you are charged an amenities fee but the pool and grill area are constantly taken over by non residents whom act completely uncivilized destroying everything and making the building feel unsafe, complete strangers frequently find their way into the common areas making themselves at home leaving the area filthy as the doors to most common areas are all broken and therefore left open/unlocked allowing literally ANYONE in. Maintenance requests often go weeks/months unattended and noone takes accountability for anything. On various occasions there have been outsiders in street clothing hanging out in the gym not exercising DESTROYING equipment intentionally and when brought to the attention of our front desk staff they say there is nothing they can do about it. There are "rules" in place frequently sent out in emails threatening fines to those who break them but in reality the building is a complete free for all, anyone and everyone is welcome to come in and use anything the want, our pool is a public swimming pool and just about everything is broken throughout the building, its truly upsetting seeing such a beautiful building with soo much potential fall apart more and more each day, i really hope change comes soon as myself and many other tenants are growing sick and tired of paying so much money for low level maintenance, useless front desk staff, amenities used more by non residents than tenants and minimal accountability for anything.

    Relax by the Pool

    More then 5 Years living here at the Continuum. Our 3rd Property Manager just left, in that position for a Year; we lost 2 more from Maintenance that we couldnt afford to lose, and Lease Rules that are not followed. No Security. Police and Ambulences are here often, but no one Onsite. Parking in the Front of our Building was supposed to be 15 minutes but its abused by all day parkers, overnights or day time Residents?? and we need to get back to our Policy, so when Residents come back from Shopping and need a Cart, there's a Space. There are rules but most dont follow them, and for the price paid to live here, its turned into a lawless free for all with out of control neighbors consistantly a problem and lack of Management to get this place worthy of those who may want to move in.Make sure you check out the competition. There are plenty of new Buildings within a 5 minute walk. There is Valet Parking extra from your rent. I wouldnt park elsewhere as a safety or convience issue. So you wait 15 minutes. Only reason I use it. Amenities almost always have issues. Elevators, Dog Poop, Filthy Hallways, and Our Pool. If your Dog is 20 lbs and under, will fit with one other to play or Poop in our Dog Park. There are Dog Parks outside of here, to give your Dog needed room to run. My first 2 years here were awesome!! I made friends, Management had an "Open Door" and it was peaceful. Here comes the 2nd Tower, my View gone, more cars not accomodated for and the Front Desk has forgotten what answering a phone is like, Leasing as well, (kudos to Mike, he will.) I was supposed to have moved out by Year 3, but my BF had a Stroke, and I became his caretaker. Last 2 Years, more personal changes, so hopefully Management will take a harder look to be preventative and make this Building a place for the Residents back to a Five Star again!

    My fiancé and I have lived in the Continuum Building for one year and we absolutely love living this luxury building. All of the staff that work here truly make a difference. When we first moved here Jan 2020 we met Anthony, Johnny and Dorian. These guys are amazing. They have extraordinary work ethics and no matter how challenging the job is...they get the job done and go above and beyond the call of duty. We had an electrical problem inside the apartment a few months ago and the Supervisor, Dorian resolved the issue immediately. Biannis, the Leasing Manager is also fantastic. She's warm, friendly, professional and you can count on her to get issues resolved in a timely manner. During the pandemic we've been shopping a lot online and you can guarantee to always get your packages in a timely manner. The front desk concierge staff are phenomenal! They are always friendly, professional and are doing a wonderful job managing and handling all the packages of all the residents in the building. The valet parking services the building offers is also phenomenal. It costs $175 per month and it's totally worth it. The valet parking staff especially Copper, are so awesome and I give them kudos for doing such a great job in managing a massive parking garage. Texting the # to receive you vehicle when you need it works super well. It's a very effective and efficient system. I order my car for 7:40am every morning to go to work and when I arrive down to the parking garage to pick it up it usually arrives on time with few exceptions of receiving it late. Also LCOR the Management Company has an app that you can download on your smart phone to manage packages, maintenance request orders, add guests, make authorized entrances, and make reservations. It's a very user friendly app. Overall, this building is a 10 + and the people that work here are awesome and amazing. If your considering to move in to the Continuum building in White Plains, do not hesitate to do so. I highly recommend this luxury building

However, there are a few things that have been very disappointing that I wish someone had told me before I moved in. 1. The pool hours are 11AM-7PM 7 days a week, Memorial Day - Mid September. To me, this is very limited, especially since it stays light out until almost 9 pm most of the pool season. There must be a lifeguard on duty to go in the pool. This is frustrating. The pool is lit up at night and looks very inviting to swim in; I wish they would slap a "swim at your own risk" sign up and let grown adults take a dip in the 4ft pool past 7 pm. 2. While on the subject of the pool, they had some issues with the temperature. It was the temperature of a hot tub for the last month of it being open, rendering it next to useless for anyone who wanted to cool off. Prior than that, I will say, the temperature was always perfect - not too cold (I could get right in, which is saying a lot!), but still refreshing. 4. Also, the "wet bar" by the pool is not a wet bar at all. It's where the lifeguard sits. No food or drink allowed in the pool area. Big bummer. 3. All those outdoor TVs you saw on the tour? Forget them. They don't work. So much so that the concierge didn't even know they existed when I asked for the remote for one. They said "Sorry we can't have outdoor TVs due to the weather". So what are they there for?! 5. Don't count on the indoor TVs either. The first time I asked for the remote to the large media room screen, I was told it was lost and Greystar had no plans to replace it. Mind you these things cost all of $10. Then when I actually did get a remote to use, the TV was basically useless. All it did was turn on. No channels, no ability to connect your phone to bluetooth or airplay, no ability to log in to any streaming services. All it did was turn on to a logo screen and that was all we could do. 6. No light in the family room or bedroom in my unit 7. Awful - I mean awful - dryer. The clothes come out of the washer 90% dry, the average dryer cycle is 2.5. hours, and the clothes still come out damp. Even with a load of 2 T shirts. Takes 2-3 2.5hr cycles to dry a small amount of clothes that were basically dry to begin with. Would be faster to air dry. Maintenance had the manufacturer come out and they said nothing was wrong with it. So that's just how these dryers operate. Very disappointing. Overall, these are my biggest complaints. Not huge issues in the grand scheme of things, just things I wish I knew before moving in. Hope this helps.

We toured the apartments and actually found one we really liked. When we emailed the next day to ask about applying, no one responded. Over the next week, I emailed Michael multiple times and left a few voicemails and never heard back from them. During that week, we decided to look up reviews for the building. We hadn't paid much attention to apartment building reviews before because we felt like most people who wrote reviews would probably be complaining and trying to get management's attention (which I guess I am guilty of now). However, when the reviews are consistently negative and all have the same complaints, you have to wonder whether there is something to them. It has now been 2 weeks and we have not heard anything from them, not that we would still want to live there anyway. So while we do not live in The Continuum, I frankly am not sure how one would go about living here since management is so bad they won't even respond when you are trying to give them money. When we toured other buildings in White Plains and talked to some other people, a lot of them said "whatever you do, don't live in The Continuum."     Grab a drink, you're in for a long one! My partner and I have been living here now for 3 weeks…read more Before writing a review, I wanted to ensure I had a "real" experience. Now, let's start from the beginning... We started to look at this property in July. Getting back to us was a bit delayed. However, after getting into the building we quickly realized that safety was a top priority to this company. So they delayed tours a bit (from our POV). They didn't want any injuries to occur while touring, due to ongoing construction (definitely worth the wait). Shaun and Anissa are a tag team of perfection. They were informative and patient during our tour, they answered all of our questions, and provided us with ample support. After our tour we continued to have "concerns" about the layout of a few different units. Anissa continued to accommodate us and let us tour time and time again. Now the units.....they are amazing!!! Each one is unique, from the layout, to the finishes. Needless to say the finishes are all high end. The building itself is stunning. One of the bigger, and well equipped gyms I have seen. There is an adorable zen garden on the lower level, and the rooftop....the rooftop is perfection. On a clear day you get the most beautiful views of NYC. The pool area isn't opened yet, but it's such a beautifully curated space. Makes you feel like you are at a resort. There is also a pub on the main floor, it houses a pool table, fire place (electronic), and bar tops. It's a comfortable spot to hang with friends, or read a book. The area....so many walkable restaurants in the neighborhood less then 5 mins away. If you want to take a nice 10 min stroll there is a Starbucks. 15 min walk will get you to cross county shopping center (I actually mapped these out haha). For the commuters reading this, the metro north is literally 3 blocks away! Now let's get to the move in process....to sum it up....FLAWLESS. All communication was completed electronically. The management team does a phenomenal job at detailing the cost of everything. The Bozzuto company is also very transparent. There's no guess work or confusion regarding what you are paying for. On move in day Shaun did a walk through of the space with us, and took notes on any concerns we had (literally zero concerns for us). All moved in.....now three weeks later, we are beyond pleased, and we feel right at home. We have met the manager here, his name is Mo, and he is involved, and proactive. He will round with his team. Always inquires if there are any concerns they can improve on. Willing to fix all issues, no matter how small and trivial they may be. Now I know reading this you are probably thinking "it's a new building what issues could there be??" Well let me share some troubles we have had. Our washing machine was giving us an error message and wouldn't work. Mo ensured this was a top priority to fix. At this point we met the maintenance crew, Brian and Frank are AMAZING. They respect your space, clean up as they go, and leave maintenance update cards in your home if you permit them to enter when you aren't there. Our stove wasn't leveled, which made cooking a bit hard, Brian and Frank came right away and fixed this. Now that the building is open and ready to run. 42 Broad has employed a new sales and marketing associate named Janete, and a concierge guru named George. In our opinion, they are seamless fits in this team. Janete is informative and kind, just like everyone else, she is always smiling and willing to help. I see her touring all day and she's always in high spirits doing so. George is one of a kind, he is the perfect start to the day when you come off the elevator, and a nice welcome coming in from work. He is professional, and takes his job very seriously. I know this was long, and I hope you stuck around to read it all! Now come tour and be our neighbor!

    Shaun is the assistant manager over at my new building and he's hands down the best community…read moremanager I've experienced in the last 15yrs of my life pertaining to customer service. He took his time explaining every aspect of the building. I had a few options prior to this particular building but Shaun made me feel at home. Since my move in he has been there anytime I needed help. Thanks for the professional hospitality. New York City Needs more managers like Shaun. thanks.
