Later, I had another problem as the fridge started making an odd noise. Initially, Vadym suspected it was the compressor fan, but the issue persisted. This issue had actually been lingering for a long time, I had at least four or five other companies came to diagnose the noise issue, each offering different quick opinions--some barely inspected it and suggested immediate part replacements, others insisted the fridge needed to be pulled out (which is a big job for a built-in unit) and fix from the back of the fridge. But none felt confident, they all rushed to conclusions without a proper diagnosis. Vadym stood out by taking the time. He thoroughly examined the fridge and, when the issue persisted, he consulted his network instead of guessing. Eventually, he figured out the noise was caused by the condenser pipe and water pipe being too close, which caused vibration when the compressor kicked in. In the end, he fixed it. What I truly appreciated was his commitment, he didn't rush to a quick guess; he invested time, asked for input, and returned until it was resolved. I would highly recommend Vadym and Metro Appliance to others.

At first, they were communicative, then just disappeared on me. That was unfortunate, because I wanted to work with them to complete this project. I ended up just ordering a new appliance because I had to move forward.

We have also found their service people prompt, efficient, highly qualified, skilled and efficient. Vlad, who repaired the drier, texted to ask if he could arrive earlier than our scheduled appointment. He was friendly and efficient, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Mario from the Triton office called a short time after the repair to check that all had gone smoothly which it had. My impression is that Triton cares about the quality of its work and genuinely wants its customers to be completely satisfied. They do an excellent job meeting those expectations. We would definitely use them again.

But my partner suggested looking for dryer technicians in South San Francisco to see if it can be fixed (rather than dealing with the stress of finding a new dryer, moving the old one out, and bringing the new one in). Turns out my partner was right! Regina was very attentive to us before and after the appointment. And Vlad the technician diagnosed and fixed our dryer! We also felt confident that the same issues fixed have a guarantee of 6 months, in case the dryer acts up again. Everyone involved was super polite and I'd be glad to call this company again for any other repairs. Thank you!

Rick helped me order the correct one direct from the manufacturer's (Sears/LG) website, and two days after the part arrived, Rick was back to attach it. Rick did not recharge me for the service fee on this second visit, which was extremely generous. Before calling Parkside, I had read the raving reviews and I wanted to add mine too. What a great experience! And what a relief to have the dryer back working the way it should!

Washer Dryer combo, and one day, the washer would not start up anymore. We gave the folks at Parkside a call, and they came out the next day on time to evaluate the issue. It turned out that the circuit board was no good anymore. Even though the circuit board for our machine was no longer in production and no longer in stock at the manufacturer they were able to find me a direct replacement board to complete the repair. Way to go! Its been a few years now since this repair, but our washer/dryer has been happy again ever since! Update: We just called them up for a repair for a gas stove, and since they don't repair gas stoves (only electric ones and most all kinds of washer/dryers), they referred me to another trusted company for that. Verdict: Great folks all. It is so refreshing to have such nice folks out there like Parkside Appliance to help us solve our once-in-a-blue-moon appliance repairs! Highly Recommended!

Sergey F. from Quality Appliance Repair not only fixed the issue but also explained every step of the way in plain English. Highly recommend this company.

Do not go with this company…read more Across two recent service visits, this company's technician damaged our hardwood floor and later left our oven out of position. When I shared photographic evidence, management disputed what I had seen with my own eyes and resisted putting things right. Floor damage: During the first visit, the technician dropped the top panel of our range onto our hardwood floor, leaving two visible gouges. I saw it happen, as did a handyman working in the house. When I reported it the same day with photos, management deflected responsibility. First that nothing was dropped, then that the gouges were "older damage," then that a panel "brushed against a cabinet handle" with edges "physically impossible" to cause the marks. Three incompatible accounts. Only after I declined a $50 discount on a $322 bill did they waive the labor, while continuing to petulantly insist I was mistaken about what I had seen. Oven left out of position: On the follow-up visit, the technician failed to return the oven to its original position causing significant downstream issues. When I asked them to put it right, management again shirked responsibility. They claimed it had been put there because to go further back would be a gas-line "safety issue". They told me to hire PG&E or a plumber. The crazy part: this same company correctly placed this exact oven in 2022. The oven has sat in that position for ten years. They just didn't want to finish the job, so they made up a story. The pattern across both incidents: argue with the customer, cycle through contradictory and defensive explanations, resist taking ownership. EDIT: To see for yourself, read the owner's reply. He continues to deflect responsibility for the wood gouges they caused (a concerning pattern of telling the customer they are wrong), and doubling down on a fabricated issue regarding the gas line (if true, why wasn't it a problem for the same company 4 years ago?) Photos of their negligent work attached. Hire someone else.
