Rafael provides excellent customer service with diligence, thoroughness and a clear understanding of watches of all kinds. He tells you upfront what he can do for sure and what he may be able to do once he opens the watches. My fix was rather simple this time around -- I was in and out in 25 min. Now I know where to go to fix my other watches, or get them appraised, or consider splurging on a Rolex :) He's open on Saturdays! If you are looking for a local Miami Jeweler that is trustworthy and friendly, Continental Jewelers is located on the 2nd floor of the Seybold Building in Downtown Miami. This is a family owned store has been in Miami for a very long time. The father, his wife and the son work at the store. They have a great selection of items and you can always receive exceptional service. There are those special occassions when I need to buy a present for my W and usually end up here. read more

Len, Sandra and the Owner each attended to me and made sure that I got what I wanted. I have never left the store second guessing my purchase. I always feel that I could have done better when I buy a high end product, but at Morays, and with the help of Len, I can honestly say I leave feeling as if I was the one who took advantage of them. Most other jewelers, after you made your purchase, you feel as if they got the better part of the deal. Morays specializes in giving customers the best price in the business, but more than that, the service and attention is second to none. I am not being paid for this, nor am I getting any special discounts, nor am I the kind of consumer who ever writes a review. But I felt an obligation, especially to Len, to let other's know that if they are interested in high end Watch, I would put my hand in the fire for both Moray's and Len, and lets not forget Sandra who is also part of a great team. It will put your mind at ease , in the very least, to visit morays and compare the purchase you will make in another store. I am certain that you will feel the same way I feel. Just walk in, ask for Len, and let them work for you because that is what they do. And bottom line, at the end of the day, it is money spent, and I have yet to see prices lower than moray's including all the sites I visited on the internet. Thanks to Len, Sandra and owner Sandy, who , unlike most owners of expensive retail jewelry stores, Sandy does take an interest in you getting what you want at the best possible price. Ask for Len.
