The one I went to is immediately to the right of the immigration booths after you cross the border into Canada. The current exchange rate is 1 US dollar to 1.3 CA. The fee is 2% which is a lot more reasonable than some other places who may charge you for higher fees or commission as well. It was extremely easy and straightforward to conduct.
