They could keep it cleaner but they never have. several of the machines they keep for the workers to do private laundry and so there are times it's difficult to get big machines considering they only have one. 4 medium size and the rest are all small. It makes it challenging to want to do blankets. They sell soap and detergent's but it's easier just to go next-door and save money. They've had many different girls that do the laundry there and work there, A few have been incredibly nasty but for the most part they're nice and helpful and considerate. In Lindenwood & New and old Howard Beach this is the laundry mat I would recommend to go to. Back to me the best one is on Woodhaven next-door to the pet store.

ALL of the shirts were folded inwardly and I now have to open and refold every single shirt so that I can see what shirt it is and who it belongs to, for 7 bags!! It's ridiculous. On top of that they did not do the socks, just scattered them throughout the bags. Oh and I also had to pay for my entire order in full and in advance, of course it's my luck that the one day I run out of the house without my purse I end up at the only laundromat in town that has such a policy, as if I would drop my clothes off and not come get them. Other than that, the place is clean, the clothes smell very good and the lady attendant was very nice. My intention is not to bash but they need to never ever fold anyone's clothes in this manner because it is a true nightmare to sort out.

The price to wash and dry is to high! Sit on the benches by the nasty dirty massage chair and look at all the dirt grime behind and under you ! They use all the machines for drop off when there is a ton of people trying to wash dry as walk ins, they should do drop off laundry late night or when slow ! Machines leak and all the mobile dog groomers shove nasty hairy dog towels in washers and clog them . I have seen it in person. The parking lot has also turned into a trash toss for all 4 parking spots have nasty dumpsters in them ! They did fix ceiling tiles but knocked all the dust while changing them on customers clean clothes over the folding tables. I watched a customer yell and complain about that and the person fixing them was not friendly about patrons concerns ! It use to be nice but the staff needs an overhaul !
