Look, the guys in here are helpful and they know their stuff. I've had to stop in here three times now because of little piddly crap that I needed for my car...a battery for my keychain so I could actually unlock my car, an air filter, and most recently a bulb. All three times I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Seriously, the place is easy to find, they're helpful, and they'll have what you need or will get it. Parking can be a PITA, but it isn't too bad.

She directed me down the incorrect isle and then caught an attitude with me when she realized that she sent me down the wrong isle. I did not see what I was looking for, I mentioned to her that the website indicated that this item was in stock at this location on Lyons Avenue. She rolled her eyes at me and then in a nasty tone told me that the item was probably in the back, but she wasn't going back there to look for it. The manager of this location as a progressive form of discipline should give her a verbal and/or letter of reprimand placed in her personal file.
