Amazing quality of the finished work on my car. It was done quickly and the estimate was exactly what I paid. I would highly recommend them.

I am thrilled with the result, and will engage them for any future auto body work.

My car ended up at Gotham several times since it's an authorized repair shop for my insurance…read morecompany, thereby guaranteeing covered repairs as long as I own the vehicle. The first time was due to my parked car being vandalized. The last two occasions were a result of my catalytic converter being stolen. After the 1st cat theft, however, I brought my car to a different nearby insurance company repair shop, which ended up not a good experience. During the over 7 months it took to get the cat, I had to repeatedly follow up observing that shop wasn't actively checking on the part's availability with their supplier. So on the 2nd cat theft, I instead brought it to Gotham. As with my first Gotham experience, they were on top of things, quickly repairing the vehicle. Less than three months later when victim of a 3rd cat theft, Gotham rapidly inspected the car and did their best to keep the repair bill down. Nevertheless, the estimate ended up triggering the insurance company totaling my car. Sensitive to my frustrating situation, the team at Gotham was professional, courteous, attentive and accommodating - like every experience with them. Gotham thankfully made a difficult situation easier to get through. Should my next car require similar big repair work, I'd consider using them again.

I've taken my car for insurance work twice. The first time was in Oct 2020, tow hitch went through…read morethe front bumper. Needed to a few things including the passenger headlight bucket. Got the car back on time but noticed 2 pieced that were replaced were already damaged. Called them back, they took my car in and fixed everything. Fast forward to last week, a car ran into the front passenger side of my car. Tony Moro did a great job last time so I took my car there again for bumper and fender work. They called me a few days in stating my headlight was burnt out. Didn't think much of it, assuming they bumped it or knocked it loose. Got my car back yesterday to find parts completely missing from the passenger side headlight and wires heat shrink directly to the bulb. Yes, we put in aftermarket HID's in 2018 but haven't touched them since and had no issues with them. In fact, in Oct 2020, Tony Moro replaced that exact headlight bucket and reinstalled my aftermarket baluster and bulb. I took the car back this morning with pictures of what it should look like and that the connecter the bulb plugs into was missing. I was told they didn't do it, it came that way. Reiterated that I've never had issues and they even replaced the bucket in 2020. They stood behind their tech saying they are professionals and stand behind their work. They went on to say that aftermarket parts don't last forever, and things can get hot, and plastic can melt. I told them I understand nothing lasts forever, but parts don't just disappear, and wires aren't just magically heat shrink directly to bulbs on their own. I asked for pictures of the work to prove they didn't do it. They didn't have any. I asked why the headlight bucket was removed, as it wasn't damaged in the accident. They said they had to in order to paint the fender and bumper and adjust fitment. I was directed to contact the insurance company and they (Tony Moro) would take guidance from them. This is a Tony Moro mistake, the insurance isn't going to touch it with a ten-foot pole. You can bet your ass I'm on hold with the insurance company to file a complaint against Tony Moro so they get bumped on this insurance companies list of body shops. I can't even replace the bulb because the connector the bulb plug into is missing. The entire baluster has to be replaced. The part is +/- $100 for me, assuming it's a $60 part for them. It's not going to break the bank at this point in my life, it's the fact they are not taking ownership of their mistake and lied to my face. Everyone makes mistakes but issue arise when you don't take responsibility for them.

When I mentioned that the web site said no appointment for estimate I was told that she did not have control over the web site. This I already knew. I will be damned if I will beg a business to give me an estimate so that I can spend my money there. So long Tony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
