I travel a lot and always love a good deal when I can get it, but be cautious with any deals you find here and do your research. The good: I've gotten some great deals from them, like hotel specials, discounted concert tickets, and tours. The bad: They have posted deals for vendors that turned out to be an outright scam (see my review for UTO Vacations), and took no responsibility/offered no compensation for being the one who posted those scam tour deals. They also have started charging to view the deals ($40 a year beginning in 2025), so the value has lessened a bit with that also. So I would just say, any deal you see on Travelzoo, research the vendor yourself before you book anything - and consider if a membership for $40 is worth the savings that Travelzoo offers.

Since that time I've used United at least half a dozen times and I've given them out to friends. Basically, I like them because: * When I call up, they identify me by name, apparently I'm on some screen somewhere that says I'm a regular customer (or so I'd like to think) * Their prices are WAY lower than a black cab, and very competitive compared to other car services. * The drivers are nice; they don't always know the way but that's what GPSes are for (I would like to point this out to the black cab drivers, who with their elitist mentality don't realize memorizing London maps is dépassé) . * They've been reliable, except for one incident where I got the runaround after extreme lateness of the driver. I forgave them because I once gave them the runaround and they didn't get annoyed. As long as they retain their level of service, they'll have a loyal customer/reviewer...

Our driver was good, took us through safely and did not feel like a wild bus ride. Very professional all around. If you can get Alan you should! He was awesome. Really made our day and helped us resolve a booking error. It was really nice to see them going above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic trip. The coach was very smooth as well. The onboard bathroom was clean as well as the interior of the bus. They give you plenty of time to enjoy yourself on the venture without being rushed as well. Really couldn't have asked for a better day or service! It was worth every penny! I'd certainly book with them again for the next site I'm trying to see. Stonehenge was a really cool and historic sight to see. It's really well done and is a "well-oiled machine". It's easy to still loss time though so be mindful. Also take the shuttle! It's not worth a walk you can do just about anywhere. Get up and enjoy the sight! Also don't expect to walk through it and touch the stones; they simply allow you to get very close and take nice photos but you don't walk through and touch or meditate there. There's active staff there to ensure safety and compliance which is more than fine! We all want it to last so it's no problem. We got wonderful shots and we're in awe the whole time! Well worth checking off our bucket list Bath was also amazing! Really feels like you've gone somewhere + back in time The drop off is right next to the museum and the city is easy to walk. Great food all around. Would recommend the the Filipino -+ British Bbq tent off to your left just past the Muesum! That food was divine! I wish I brought more with me and back on the bus. So good Def worth the journey and even a stay over there. I felt like we were in Good hands the whole way with this team! Thank you so very much for the hard work you guys put in and for everyone else who works hard behind the scenes for this to happen. Wonderful service & great time! This tour has really made my time in London a great one and the hospitality I received truly warmed my heart. Good people, honest and even fun on the ride! The jokes were funny to me for sure and was quite entertained while being educated where I was and what history belonged here. Book with them! You won't regret it!

Absolutely loved fitting in a day trip to Paris during our week-long vacation in London. Having the…read moreright guide at your side is crucial for this adventure, as navigating the Eurostar bullet train system can be overwhelming and lead to getting lost. Having Anna from Premium Tours was the piece of mind we needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable day. Anna was knowledgeable about Paris and engaged us by asking questions, making the tour more engaging. Our day began with a warm welcome at LE PAIN QUOTIDIEN, a cozy coffee shop located inside the train station. Here, we received our train tickets and went through the Eurostar system to scan our passports and belongings. Once inside the train, we met our tour guide, Anna, who was incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions about our meeting point outside the train in Paris at the Gare du Nord. Upon arriving in Paris, we boarded a spacious, air-conditioned tour bus that took us to various locations. Our itinerary included a panoramic sightseeing tour of Paris, a relaxing 1-hour canal cruise by Bateaux Parisiens along the Seine River, a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower, and a delightful 3-course lunch with wine at the Eiffel Tower restaurant (if an upgrade option was chosen). We also had ample time for shopping near the Louvre Pyramid. A tip for the canal cruise: the best seats are on the top deck on the left-hand side. You'll get breathtaking views of Notre-Dame Cathedral of Paris!

It also seems that they used a link on Viator; however, booking directly on the website seemed cheaper. + Communication was clear and well laid out on where to meet the drivers. They were especially helpful during an issue that arose when arriving at Heathrow and the driver having issues meeting us at the assigned meeting point due to increased activity at the airport (apparently it was a popular bank holiday I chose to travel on) +Cars/vans used were clean and as advertised +Drivers arrived on time and were friendly + Price - Honestly, it was relatively reasonable, especially given the fact it provided for a smooth travel day for my traveling companion who would have issues on the Tube/trains even without luggage Tips: + When making your booking, make sure you set your pick time for an hour and a half after scheduled arrival time to provide a buffer time to make it through customs and retrieve your luggage if flying internationally. +Make sure to be honest about your luggage that you are traveling with and abide by their rules, especially on shared rides. I would use their services again if I find myself needing them.
