They walked us through a tasting of about 5 whites and 4 reds. Everyone in out group found a couple wines they really liked. We had a tour of a family run company (Acetaia Del Cristo) with their first barrel of vinegar dating back to 1849. Special, special, special tour and highlight of our trip. We attempted to reserve a tour reservation. With the luck of Cristo, we were provided a very special tour of the facility (Laura & husband) that was the highlight of our 2 month trip to Italy. We tasted 12, 24, 50 and 60 year aged vinegar. Just go!
