It's really incredible how well he did. As with any oral surgery there is some discomfort but the overall pail if it really wasn't bad all. I just had another gum graft on my lower gums and so far things have been healing quite nicely. I has uncomfortable the first day but recovered fairly quickly and quite well. Dr. Wynn is professional and really good at what he does. I also love the team he has, they're all great and so friendly. I highly recommend to anyone needing oral care to see him first.

After being his patient for several years you get to know people and I like the relationship I have with the staff and the stellar level of excellency and professionalism that is delivered each time I visit. I used to be one of those guys with 'dental anxiety' and was very nervous and fearful with seeing a dentist. This was due to a bad experience, but after several visits to this office I now no longer have that to fear. The staff is great about explaining everything and always making sure that that comfort is kept. Also, having the nitrous is a help and they always ask if I need it. In short, I wish either I was 20 years older or Dr. Casler was 20 years younger so I don't have to worry about finding another dentist when he retires.

I can live with thatto some extend. I find out from my insurance company they are no longer in my network, hence the higher bill. They didnt tell me I was no longer in their network. If they didnt know they should have because they acted as is they verified with my insurance company and provided an estimate based on that. Not ok. - You should've notified me when I made a visti to your office. Excuses don't excuse the issue at hand. You're not in my network so why even mention my insurance as the problem? I got no insurance relief and you knew that was going to be the issue before you did the work and that's not ok. I don't know what you mean I hung up on you. I never purposely hung up on you. You could've sent me a text or email like you do with other issues. It doesn't make sense. If you were in my dental network your argument would make sense but you're not.
