We weren't sure what Highmark PCP would cover, said $15 for PCP but nothing for urgent care. Turns out it was only $15 for the urgent care as well. At the time we came there were only a couple people in the waiting room. We didn't have to wait too long. It was a a pleasant experience and we will continue to go back!

But everyone there was great from the front desk to the X-Ray tech, all very warm and helpful. Dr. Schmidt was able to give me answers in a short time, and even better able to treat all my issues with success. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing immediate care for something. Even with no appointment and a emergency crying kid, I didn't really wait that long, and once I got in, everything moved right along. Definitely 5 stars!

We tried contacting the office countless times to select our new Physicians Assistant, we were always in a long queue and often disconnected when they closed the office for lunch. I asked what about my BP medication, I'll run out before I find a Dr. the receptionist told me "try a minute clinic ". I spoke with the office manager who clarified the medication question, she said the receptionist gave me misinformation and I could get enough meds to last until I saw my new Dr. , the office never called in the prescription.

Well since I'm now on a two year waiting list for a PA (even though I signed up in May, they claim they didn't see any notes until August). At any rate since I've been going to PFM for close to 40 years before they privatized, I asked for an Rx for six weeks until my appointment at a new facility. They said NO so they expect me to go six weeks without my Rx's. Talk about DO NO HARM! They should be ashamed!

She scheduled blood tests and said she would call me with the results. I received blood test results via internet and noted multiple liver, kidney and glucose results were OUT OF THE NORMAL RANGE. Plus all FOUR of the abnormal blood results MATCHED MY CONCERNING SYMPTOMS. I waited a day then called the office and asked to speak to the PA however, the PA was busy. 30 mins later some unknown person called me and told me the PA said there was no problem. It's a sad day when your doctor doesn't give you a chance to answer questions concerning four abnormalities in my blood test results. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHRISTINE MYERS ASSOC.

I now see Dr Costabile, my husband sees him and my son who is mentally challenged sees him. We were all once Dr. Lawler's patients. I never thought we would find someone as good, kind and caring as Dr. Lawler. We had our first visit. I was immediately impressed. I never saw Dr Costabile before that that day.. I was amazed at how he was aware of my health history, listened to me and my concerns. He must have reviewed my complete medical files. He talks as if he had known me and been my Dr for years! He never hesitates when he thinks I need an x-ray or MRI or anything extra. As I said, my son is mentally challenged. At times he can be a bit much. He doesn't like change but he was very comfortable with Dr Costabile. He is very good with him very empathetic and understanding. I would highly recommend Dr Costabile to anyone. I had thought that if I didn't like the new doctor, I would switch to someone near where I live, we used to live in KOP. We now live in Lansdale so it's a little drive for us however , I was so impressed with Dr Costabile. We decided to stay with him. The ride is well worth it. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr Costabile is. I so appreciate his professionalism knowledge and kindness. Also the staff there is amazing. Very welcoming and helpful!
