Technician responded in a timely manner, first wanted to check the filter. Found it to be very clean. Went to the exterior and found the back side of the unit to be very dirty. He was convinced this is why it wasn't working properly. He used my water hose and washed it for 3 minutes. He checked temperatures from the unit again and said it was blowing 10 degrees cooler. If that fixed the problem then great. I then received a bill for $250. I requested to speak with a manager immediately following to discuss the bill. I was told I would receive a call back within a few days. That call didn't come. Also after using the unit it did not cool any better. I contacted the company again to inquire about service and hearing from a manager and was told it was the end of the day. It would be tomorrow. That was 4 days ago. Still haven't heard from the company, however, they've cashed my check for $250.

There was no upsell or "maintenance plan" sales pitch. Would absolutely use again, if we have a need!

I was not given a price and I have never met this person. When I declined services due to these things I received "You want me to drive 45 mins spend 1-2 hrs testing the systems for free?" Brandon kept going on and on being demeaning, disrespectful and unprofessional. I was very hostile.
