Hired this company to inspect HVAC systems in a home I entered into a contract to buy. The gas was…read moreshut off, so they could not fire the furnace, but they inspected everything else. There is a new furnace in a box in the basement by the existing furnace. They agreed to come back with no additional charge to review the function of the furnace once the gas was on. Gas was restored to the home, and they returned removed the covers, the furnace works, however, parts are not available. You should install this furnace I can do it late September or October. About $1000.00 shouldn't take long as the cabinets are very close in size. I am pleased as a home buyer to have hired this company. They seem honest and forthright. Update: 10/24 I called Ryan in the first few days of October to discuss replacement schedule. Ryan remembered me, but now is very busy with new construction. He said he would call back in a couple of weeks to work out a schedule, but, I called him, left a message, and have not heard a single word. We had an agreement, he apparently chose not to honor it. Not honorable behavior.

Technician responded in a timely manner, first wanted to check the filter. Found it to be very clean. Went to the exterior and found the back side of the unit to be very dirty. He was convinced this is why it wasn't working properly. He used my water hose and washed it for 3 minutes. He checked temperatures from the unit again and said it was blowing 10 degrees cooler. If that fixed the problem then great. I then received a bill for $250. I requested to speak with a manager immediately following to discuss the bill. I was told I would receive a call back within a few days. That call didn't come. Also after using the unit it did not cool any better. I contacted the company again to inquire about service and hearing from a manager and was told it was the end of the day. It would be tomorrow. That was 4 days ago. Still haven't heard from the company, however, they've cashed my check for $250.
