Upon arriving, the customer service was professional and welcoming! My room was clean and satisfactory. What I appreciated most was, although the hotel was nearly full and my room was near the elevator, it was very quiet. I was able to get a good nights rest during my entire stay. This location has a lot of bonuses. It's in walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Conference Center, Centennial Olympic Park etc. And in addition to the hotels complimentary cocktail hour, there's a Starbucks and Ruth Chris inside which provides excellent alternative drinks, food and snack options!

However, cleanliness was the issue: there was a piece of Cheetos on the floor next to the bed, and top lid of a drink on the floor. This was when we first entered the room. The room should be cleaned. Also valet parking was $55, while cars were all lined up and the front lot was jam packed. No self parked option available. There are other closed by parking lots: about $20 to $30 for max 4 hours.

This could be the most incredible "mid-priced" business hotel in the world…read more I don't even know how to begin. Check-in ok. Room -sucked. Period. They have the bright light led lights everywhere. So unwelcoming. TV remotes. Didn't work worth a sh-t. Bedroom TV. Flat out didn't work. Three days here. Told the front desk, didn't work. Carpet - probably hasn't been cleaned this century. Glad I brought slippers. Lighting - some worked, some didn't. Just freaking hit or miss. Bar - totally sucked. Pours of booze were minimal. I would be shocked if they were 1 oz pours. The complementary drinks were the absolute bottom of the barrel. The happy hour food was complete bs. Chex Mix would have been an upgrade. Bar didn't open until 5:00 and the "free crap booze" was t served until 5:30. Then, knowing you have 30 peeps in the bar, they just closed at 10:00. I will NEVER stay here again. It wasn't even mediocre. It is a horrible hotel and I cannot wait until it shuts down. Don't stay here, no matter if they pay you to stay here. No let's talk about the meeting room. The carpet was disgusting and sticky. You absolutely could not slide a chair. I don't know what mold they were working, but we all sneezed and coughed for 3 days. You go into the atrium and it went away. The water was not replenished until had went to the front desk 2x to ask for it. How the heck are you going to attract biz travelers? If you don't want us, just tell us. People who don't really travel would think this is fine. I for one travel a lot and really think this sucked.

WOW, lots of change, and not for the better. Right away parking is a mess and a bit of a scam, to be frank. They provide no parking and are a gated property with only 1 access point. The property badly in need of remodeling is just a sad shell of what it once was and what most embassy suites are. The room was as clean as they're able to get, and everything screamed not worth $125.00 a night. I've never been in an Embassy Suite that didn't offer an omelet service, and the breakfast was not even close to a Holiday Inn Express.

Parking was a little confusing at first and when we called to check if the room was ready, the guy who answered said he didn't know because he wasn't at the desk, which wasn't very helpful. Erroll accommodated my last minute request to change from a single to a double room. He provided me with a code for the parking garage and informed me about the complimentary welcome reception and breakfast in the morning. The room was nice. It was clean with a street view. The natural light in the room was wonderful. Beds and pillows were comfy. The street noise was a bit loud at night so if you're a light sleeper, you may want to request a room that doesn't face the street or bring ear plugs. The evening reception was nice. The bartender was very personable, allowing us to sample the specialty drink of the evening before making a final decision. The snacks offered were standard. Overall the hotel was very calm and quiet. There is a Ruth Chris on-site for dine-in, take out or room service if you're looking to splurge. The hotel met my expectations and I would stay here again. It's centrally located, clean and well maintained. There are options for both valet and self-parking (both are paid options).

As frequent Hilton Honors members, my family and I typically choose Embassy Suites because of the…read morequality and consistency of the brand. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. 1. Front Desk Experience: At check-in, the desk clerk was rude, short-tempered, and visibly irritated by assisting guests. This set an unwelcoming tone for the stay. 2. Room Condition: * The tub had dirty caulking and rust (photos attached). * The air conditioning did not work properly. After being set to 68°F for over two hours, the room only cooled to 73°F (screenshot attached). I called the desk and was told maintenance would come, but no one ever arrived. The room was so uncomfortable that my husband left the bedroom and slept on the sofa. * The overall condition of the room was substandard: broken furniture, missing artwork, and an outdated appearance. 3. Value vs. Cost: For a $244 stay ($300/night after taxes and parking), the experience felt comparable to a budget property rather than an Embassy Suites. The hotel's condition and service did not reflect the standards Hilton is known for. This stay was deeply disappointing, and we will not return to this property. I hope management reviews this feedback and takes steps to address the service and maintenance issues so future guests have a better experience.

During my stay, the overall experience was extremely disappointing across multiple areas of service and operations. The bar staff lacked attentiveness to customers, and the shuttle service was inconsistent and unreliable, creating unnecessary inconvenience. The bar closed early despite signage showing hours until 10 PM, and as a Diamond member, I was not provided a welcome gift or drink vouchers at check-in. I had to return and request them on my second day. The room conditions were equally concerning: a colleague in our group discovered bed bugs (was relocated to another room for the duration of the stay), my room lacked a steamer, had an empty Kleenex dispenser upon arrival, and my key card deactivated on day two. I also experienced repeated maintenance issues in my fifth-floor room, including poor consistent hot water, a clogged tub drain requiring two service visits, and a thermostat that remained stuck at 70°, making it uncomfortable throughout the stay. The amenities and food offerings were subpar, no toothbrushes available for purchase or complimentary use, and the grab-and-go items were of noticeably poor quality, resembling dollar-store snacks. The happy hour and restaurant experience was equally disappointing: the advertised drink and food options didn't match what was actually available, there was no red wine, brown liquor, or beer on tap during happy hour (though they somehow appeared later), and food items ran out quickly with no staff replenishment of small bites, utensils, or plates. To their credit, the breakfast staff were phenomenal, genuinely kind, attentive, and on top of service. Sadly, their efforts were overshadowed by the long list of operational failures elsewhere. This stay was far below Hilton standards and fell short in hospitality, service, and basic quality. I strongly urge management to audit this property and address the issues outlined above. As for me, I'll never stay at this location again.

Has some nice perks like nice gym and inside pool. It's very clean and I was surprised how good the free breakfast was with freshly made omelette, fruits, cereal and coffee was really good, not watery. It's seem to be an older style hotel but recently updated. One evening I order some lemon pepper chicken wings which was so tasty after I found out that this is a foodie item in Atlanta. I would definitely stay again as the hotel suite was huge and comfortable. My only gripe was the free WiFi was little slow so if you need to work might want to have your own hot spot. The hotel is located within a half mile of GA-400, just north of Northpoint Mall. It is in that common satellite area which surrounds your average mall for a half mile in all directions. Entrances are off North Point Drive, which connects to the larger North Point Parkway (which is shown as the hotel's address). Parking is in a private lot surrounding the building. It got crowded at night, but there were still spaces available when we came and went. The layout is rooms surrounding a large open atrium in the center. There are 6 floors, at least 5 of which have rooms (I'm not sure about the ground floor). They appeared to have an indoor pool and a small gym. Our room was quite spacious, with the bedroom separated from a 'living room' type area. The bathroom was outside the bedroom, which was also nice. There was plenty of space to open suitcases. It seemed clean. No oddities with the shower or other facilities. Breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m. weekdays and 7:30 a.m. on weekends. There is a self-serve area (bread / cereal / coffee / fruit / yogurt) and some sort of small hot-food counter / line where you go up and ask for sausage, bacon, or possibly an omelet that they make for you. I didn't go through that line. They issue you breakfast cards on check-in, and I think you may have to present those at the hot-food line. Check-in and check-out were quite easy. I'll give them a 5 as there was nothing that inconvenienced me during my one-night stay.

The Non-Room Items: The hotel seemed to have plenty of parking spaces in a well lit lot, with a beautiful lobby, featuring a cool waterfall, and plenty of seating. There were several meeting rooms, clean restrooms, a pool and fitness center, and an incredibly good onsite restaurant (though it was somewhat expensive). The complementary breakfast was also well above average. The hallways were clean and well maintained with ice machines and guest laundry, and the staff were super friendly. The Room: I had room 733, and it was very nice, with high end furnishes, and a great design. The room featured a living room at the front, with a pull out couch, followed by a wet bar and bathroom, with a nice shower enclosure. Through a door was a bedroom, with an extremely comfortable bed. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and comfortable. The only thing I could nitpick was one of the toilet seat fastener covers was missing, but it was clean so no big deal. As a Whole: I was able to get this hotel for a very good price for the area (and quality of the room) and found it to be in an extremely convenient location, making it a great choice!!
