Mark was the only one who came in and really took a detailed look at what was going on before we settled on cost and the timeline to have the work done. He finished my home in 4 days! Everything in my home looks new and better than I ever expected. This was an insurance claim and the hot water heater itself was not covered under the claim. Well, not a problem because he not only bought me a hot water heater at no additional cost to me but he also arranged to have it installed (no cost to me). Obviously he was more than fair and treated me with respect. He listened when I told him what floors I wanted and took me to pick it out. The same thing with the different paints I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about him and his business. In the future I plan on having him do the work that I will need. When speaking with the manufacturer's representative of the PVC sheeting company (Versico), he said everyone knows that you can't put PVC sheeting over asphalt as it will deteriorate within a year and that he did not like to see it happen and hated to say it but that we had gotten screwed. One roofing company we had stop by for a bid to replace the roof said they had never seen such a bad roofing job. There was much more wrong than just the PVC being on top of the tarred roof. Whenever we had concerns, we were gaslighted until we stopped explaining our concerns. We continually heard "take five roofers and you will get five different opinions" or "residential application is different than commercial application". Oregon Contractors Board's mediator worked out a deal between us in 2023.

Not only did he do a terrible job but he left beer bottles all over my back yard, splattered concrete all over my walls, left concrete spoils all over my backyard, destroyed my stairs, left gravel in the front and back of my house, left his tools behind, and put cracks in the good cement. To top this all off, this guy tries to give me an invoice for another $2800!!! He said he could install a pipe underground. He wasn't even licensed to do this! I had to have two other construction companies come over to review his work and they were shocked! They both said he did a terrible job and were embarrassed for him and the fact that he actually had a license. I've been in this nightmare for months and had to file a complaint against the CCB on him, tried mediation and now am going to have to go to court.
