These guys are fantastic--quick to respond, professional, fair pricing, and tidy. I reached out to…read moreHybrid Renovations on a Friday evening requesting a quote and had a response within minutes from Eric. I had them uninstall my existing under mounted sink and garbage disposal and install new ones. I also had them install a reverse osmosis water filtration system and a bidet. They are perfectionists and definitely do the job right the first time. They are problem solvers and kept me in the loop every step of the way. When they needed extra parts, they went out to Home Depot to make sure that everything was done correctly. They didn't rush the job and cleaned up after themselves leaving nothing behind. I'm looking forward to hiring them again for more projects at home. Great find!

The owner, Wesley, presented a great design plan and pretty much stuck to that design. I like that Wesley had many great ideas that improved upon the original designed. He and his team showed up each work day ready to get the job done. It's obvious that Wesley loves what he does and has the skills to complete a full remodel on time without the use of different sub contractors. I really enjoyed working with DHI on my beautiful kitchen and look forward to future projects with DHI.

Wes, Ray and their team did a great job on our deck. Our original contractor abandoned us when we…read morehad a goal date for completion. Wes came out the day after initial contact, provided a detailed estimate the day after and was able to squeeze us in to start work the next day. They went one day over schedule due to weather but that's understandable. The only issue was the original estimate grossly underestimated the material cost. Wes acknowledged and apologized for the inconvenience and made up for the mistake. I appreciate his professionalism, consistent communication, and workmanship guarantee. Overall you can't beat having a contractor who is upfront, honest, professional and realistic even if that means acknowledging their own missteps. That (along with a quality product of course ) means a whole lot to me. I have hired Wes for other jobs and plan to do a lot more jobs in the future. Would highly recommend!

There's a lot of attention to detail behind the pictures that is hard to see, but it's there and it's important. Our experience was great, start to finish. Professional, affordable, and timely. We now know how hard it is to find the right contractor. Now that DC Reno is mostly done with our home, we hope this recommendation helps you in choosing the right one for yours!

Darko does it all - moved HVAC Vents, moved electric outlets, installed new outlets, added water lines to install ice maker and pot filler - EVERYTHING you see in this kitchen was done by Darko. He shows up, communicates, preps properly, and cleans up every day. If you want a great, honest and priced fair contractor, you will find it with Darko.

MASTER BATHROOM NIGHTMARE: My husband & I waited 28 years to remodel Master Bath. Cintex…read moreEnterprises turned our dream into a nightmare. Vince appeared knowledgeable & Cindy is amazing at picking out materials that coordinate. We were told that an electrician/plumber would be consulted. He had 1 helper. Big picture shows amazing dream bathroom. Closeups show frightful workmanship & future costs will be an ongoing nightmare. Cintex said he would do punch list /repairs, however, we lost trust in his workmanship due to numerous errors & poor quality of work. Breach of Contract: Original flooring was not completely removed & new flooring & tile were placed on top of 2 original layers. Plaster on back outside shower wall & behind toilet was not removed. Trim around entrance door was not completely removed or redone. Base board heat line was not relocated but left buried behind new tile wall in shower. Insulation in new shower wall or any outside wall was not done. Walls/ceiling were spackled but not paint ready. Tile in shower was not to ceiling. Substandard Workmanship: Plumbing work substandard/not to code. Cintex cut support lines to main septic line pipe & did not replace them. Placement of vanity cabinet, ceiling fan, & electrical outlet needed to be redone as measurements were incorrect. GFI electrical outlets were not used. A box was not used to attach ceiling fan to beam. Live electrical box to power 2 high hat lights was left behind tiled shower wall & no access. No support blocking was put in shower & bench walls to install safety bars. Appropriate waterproofing of shower wall & floor is questionable. Wrong color grout was used on shower walls, shower shelf & shower bench! Grout work is uneven, lumpy, & full of holes & gaps. Thinset/grout is not cleaned off tile on walls/floor. Grout repairs were made by Cintex with wrong color grout. Cintex suggested we tape off & paint gap between ceiling & tile in shower. Permanent red marker was used to mark off measurements on walls/floor/bench/shelf & not removed. Many chips in tile in shower. Shower Shelf is a disappointment & not an eye catcher. Closet door has crooked gap at the top & handle latch was not set flush with door frame. Entrance pocket door handle was not set flush & can't be repaired without replacing whole door. Nail holes in wood trim were not filled in. We hired a separate plumber to set toilet because tile was not cut properly to set wax flange to mount toilet securely & would leak into basement. We did not trust Cintex to set toilet properly as he was going to do it himself & not use a licensed plumber. Main/Hand held shower wall mounts were set & sealed improperly with silicone. Diverter wall mount in shower was set off wall & gap was filled in with silicone. Cintex said to cut out tile to do repair. We suggested to make an access panel from the closet wall behind it. Wall mount diverter is still not flush to wall & is coming apart. Vanity sink was NOT vented so sink does not drain properly & will become bigger problem in future. Drywall was put in on top of heater behind toilet & over plaster that was supposed to be removed. Cintex told us to go to Home Depot to get new heater covers on our own since he tried unsuccessfully to put back original covers. We had to cut 5 inches of new drywall out above heater fins ourselves & then have a plumber install new heater covers. Air conditioning vent was left in shower & not relocated. Exhaust fan was not properly attached to ceiling joist in attic. We gave Cintex a chance to do some repairs & after losing trust in his workmanship we had no choice but to keep him from doing further damage. Last issue is concerning licensure & following codes. Cintex does not have an electrical/plumber license. His tiling, plumbing, & electrical workmanship was substandard. We had outside inspections done & will need extensive work to have quality restoration done, bring his work up to code, make it safe, & avoid future breakdown/repair problems. Pictures of his tile work were shown to the store where tile was purchased & their comment was "It looks like a DIY job". Finally, a major leak in handheld shower line was caused by Cintex's incompetent workmanship. He denied that he could be at fault & refused to fix it. Pictures & an outside licensed plumbing repair bill prove that it was his fault. We lost our trust in Vince's ability to do quality & lasting workmanship, make competent touchups/repairs. Concerns: Safety of his work as he did not use licensed electricians or licensed plumbers, future problems that have started, & are going to happen because of Cintex's inferior workmanship. The stairs to the basement of my dad's house broke one day as he was walking down them. Thankfully,…read morehe was not injured but we needed the steps fixed quickly as the basement is where he does his laundry. I've seen contractors spend far too long on projects and offer overly large windows of time when they might arrive, so I had to research carefully to find a good one. Rob, from Giordano and Burns, gave us a specific time to expect him, and he showed up right on time. He gave us a fair price and a detailed rundown on the parts and labor. Giordano and Burns also enters a written contract with their customers so that customers know they can hold the company to its word and timeframe. I was prepared to have to sweep up any debris left from the job, but I ended up not having to because they leave the place as clean as it was when they arrived. Years down the line that stair support Giordano and Burns put in has shown no signs of weakening. I can relax knowing that my dad is not going to hurt himself on those stairs. It's difficult to come by a contractor you can trust, but I would use Giordano and Burns again any time!

I have never written a review on here for a contractor before but I feel compelled to do so now. I…read moreHAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH MINE. I WAS REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY AS MINE PREVIOUS ONE HAD RETIRED AND WAS O LONGER AVAILABLE. This company IS overpriced and not very upfront on pricing. Their estimates we're done as a punch list with no individual pricing but just a total. When I questioned this I was given some silly explanation, aka, lip service . I feel they did it this way so they couldn't be shopped or compared. They work they DID was FAIRLY simple and did not take a master craftsman , as they sold themselves to be. New steps from garage into house, unfinished entry way steps. They priced them as new wood and used the old wood from the handicap steps that were there being replaced. The new steps are crooked, not level, or to code, and splintering because of them using old wood that had been drilled and nailed previously. I had them seal a newly installed entry door to garage. He used canned foam and leFT it all over the place , did not trim it when dry and also missed areas around the door. Messy, horrible work. I could have done a better job. He ordered latches for my Anderson windows. The originals were broke. He assured me he knew what to order, and he had plenty of time to get it right. Came here the day scheduled for all this work, with latches from big box store that they installed. Never checking to see if windows would still open and close. Well they didn't. I had to wait 3 weeks for him to get new, Anderson latches and come switch them. They were due at my home at 4 PM. I had an appt. and they were aware of this. At 4:30 I received a text saying traffic was a mess and they were on their way. I left , as I could not be late. I had them leave the latches and I switched them myself. The scheduled day of all this work they were due at my house in the AM. I was leaving work to meet them and let them in. They never called. At lunch time they still had not called, texted or reached me. I came home at lunch and still now workers. No correspondence. Finally showed up mid day and was still at my home after dinner and than complaining about how long they were here and how they still had another job. OVERBOOKED, OVERPRICED, SLOPPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY . MAYBE THEY FELT THEY COULD PULL THE WOOL OVER MY EYES AS I AM A WOMAN? Just stating how I see things. I FELT IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO, writing this review TO LET OTHERS KNOW. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
