They have always left my wife feeling relaxed and refreshed and she usually asks for Red vouchers for her birthday and Christmas. The shop itself is through a small door off the high street and up some stairs to the reception area. Vouchers are available and have been very useful gifts for all sorts of people over the years. the feedback we have got from other peple who have used Red has always been positive so I am definitely happy to recommend them to anyone else.

This salon is really relaxing..whatever treatment you are going for - you feel special…read more There is a comfy waiting area and the therapists are all polite. The treatment rooms are always clean and tidy and the massage chairs are fab too! I used to use this salon regularly - until my therapist left to start her own business. Some of the therapists are better than others - but once you have found one you like, stick with them!! The treatments are a bit more expensive here than some of the other salons, but you do feel like a celeb when you enter for your treatment! There isn't any free parking with this salon - there is some paid parking at GL1, or if your treatment is less than 2 hours, you can risk parking at Asda and crossing the road. They also offer a make up service - for special occasionsunfortunately this isn't a mobile service.

There was no mention about skin care, I had to point out I paid for an hour (actually my boyfriend paid for it for my birthday). Than I have been told the skin care was based on how to use 'Decleor' only (it isn't mentioned on the web site). I felt like I had to buy 'Decleor' to make the lesson and my boyfriend's money worth it. If I knew it I wouldn't have ask for it!

I've been here to see Dr. Frost twice now and both times I've been fully satisfied with her…read moreIntraceuticals Oxygen Infusions. I've never had one before coming to her but I've seen it many times in various press articles online and in magazines. What I love about the infusions is that it's non-invasive!! I hate needles and I thought this was the only option out there for me in Cheltenham. She uses a kind of airbrush device that fuses pure oxygen and serum into the surface of your skin. All I felt was air and the serum being blown on my face which sometimes felt ticklish. The goal was to hydrate my skin, to smooth out wrinkles and to achieve a refreshed look. I definitely think it did all that and more. Every now and again I have problematic skin and she used a serum, 'Clarity', specifically created for skin with acne. After my treatment, it soothed the inflamed spots which helped the healing process. As for the second treatment, Dr. Frost administered the infusion using the 'Rejuvenate' serum which also had instant results- my skin was hydrated, pores were minimized, lips were fuller, the skin under my eyes became firmer and refreshed, my slight wrinkle lines were now imperceptible. As I understood it, the Intraceuticals serums are full of vitamins and natural plant goodness which I completely prefer to other options of harmful chemicals being injected into my skin (gross!). The infusions were very good value for the type of results it achieves, I highly recommend it to anyone who are looking of safe alternative options to needles.

Great little shop for branded cosmetics at bargain prices!!…read moreI've used this shop for years when buying my mascara - which is half the price of Boots/Superdrug. Not all of the cosmetics are this cheap, but they do have some great special offers on. They are usually the only place to stock random colours - which are perfect for special occasions!! They also have hair accessories at cheapish prices! The only real issue with this shop is that it is tiny! and it's upstairs (which isn't a massive issue cos there is an escalator and a lift - but it also means that generally you don't just walk past and so this shop can easily get forgotten!)
