The technicians showed up late if at all and barely working longer than 3 hours, rushed through the job without properly securing anything, and left in a hurry. Literally minutes after they drove away, the entire hood started sagging and the ductwork came crashing down, dangling like a sad snake from the wall. The image speaks for itself--shoddy brackets, exposed foil tape failing everywhere, and holes in the drywall that look like they were punched by amateurs. Now my kitchen is a mess, with potential fire hazards from the poor venting, and I have to pay someone else to fix their incompetence. Avoid this company at all costs; they're unprofessional, careless, and clearly don't care about quality or safety. Zero stars if I could!

Very happy to report that after speaking with the very helpful Joe in Jetson's Install department…read moreon Friday afternoon, a very professional handyman arrived this Saturday morning and spent several hours removing the soaked wood from our under our kitchen sink cabinet. He left a fan to dry out the area. He will return to replace the base. The terrible smell has abated and by end of week we should have a dry functioning cabinet base. He is a graduate of Customer Service University, who triple-majored in apathy, unresponsiveness, and indifference... and was first in his class! What a guy! We knew exactly what we wanted, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes at a price I was comfortable with for brand new Frigidaire Refrigerator and Frigidaire Range. Easy money. Thank goodness we bought the extended warranty on the Refrigerator. Now, mind you, it is working great thus far! The issue was the delivery. It took three tries for them to get it installed. When I called Josh, he had no idea, nor did he follow up with me which would have been a great personal touch! He was in the loop because I kept him there. We had food perish as we had no refrigerator for almost three days. I used the warranty to replace around $63 of food. When we received payment , Jetsons refunded the warranty amount which leads me to believe we no longer have an extended warranty, ha! I'm cool with that because honestly I would rather deal with another repair service than use Jetsons for any other reason. You can trust me, It really happened. ;D
