When I said I hadn't recently been in the store, she referenced seeing me outside near neighboring businesses. Since then I've tried multiple times to resolve this with Rebel corporate (complaints on 1/15/26, 1/21/26, 1/30/26, and several follow-ups in February). I received a call on 2/2/26 saying the issue would be reviewed by an investigative team, and an email on 2/25/26 saying a manager would contact me within 24 hours. That never happened. I live nearby and rely on local stores, so being barred from this location without any explanation has been frustrating, inconvenient, and feels unjustified. I would still welcome a response from Rebel providing clarification or documentation, as I have not received any explanation despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly.
