The selection seemed much smaller in comparison, but the biggest kicker was the terrible customer service here. I waited at the cash register for a pretty ridiculous amount of time. The employees were nowhere to be found. It was bad enough that I contemplated leaving $3 cash for my energy drink with a note what it was for, but then finally an older lady appeared and helped get me checked out. If I were the management of the store I would definitely make sure to staff this place better. It would've been easy for many customers to grab and dash if they wanted. Bottom line: I would still stop by again. They have gas, restrooms, cold drinks, snacks, etc. It could be worse, but it could definitely be better too.

But there isn't any gas stations for miles coming from Colorado. Has all you need, highlight was the estimated 12 year old cashier. We filled up our Rig with Diesel Fuel, Washed all our windows with long handled squeegee (worked so effectively) We Dumped our Black Tanks and Filled up with Fresh Water near the Fuel Island. Having asked myself that question many times I've found myself pulling off I-70 at Exit 160 and heading under the railroad tracks into Green River, UT. You have two gas station choices here. Both are very good, but I find myself stopping at Gas N Go more often. It has very easy access, and if there's a line for the gas pumps it's rare. The pumps are always on if you have a debit / credit card. It's also very well lit at night. Inside it's clean, not cramped, and the restrooms have always been immaculate. While both stations are literally right across the highway from each other....this one gets my Yelp stars...and my business.

Sad news, burger fans. The Burger King at this gas station is permanently closed. I mean, what in…read morethe world does "permanent" even mean these days? Looks like it closed for COVID, but the sign on the door said permanently closed and even though all the furniture is in there, it was for sure not open. Now, that's its own business and not necessarily this gas station, but since they share the building, it's certainly going to put a damper on Whopper chasers looking to fuel up. As for me, I was just buying gas. And the gas pumps here are a little old, and a little slow, but they did the trick just fine. Here's the important thing to remember: I-70 is a wasteland for services. You had darn well better fuel up and one of the two Green River spots, because if you're headed west, the next fuel isn't available for 110 miles. And if you're headed east, I *think* it's about 99 miles to Grand Junction. So this gas station and the several others in Green River are the only game in town for over 200 miles. Fuel up, folks. I also stepped in to go to the restroom, and found it a little odd that the bathroom doors were propped open. They're signed that way, and I *think* this is a COVID thing? Like, don't touch the door handles? It was a little weird to walk by the ladies room and have a full view of it, but the stalls are obviously all private so once you drop trou, you're in your own world. No purchases this time, but they were handling the social distancing well when I visited. Fueled up, pottied down, and was back out on I-70 pretty quick.

Dang it! I been chaining up all week up and down I70 in Vail, Colorado pass. They always have laws…read moreto chain up on your tires or I could face a hefty fine. It's for safety and I don't argue it but it really wears out your tires and now today I got a flat and gingered on in to the closest truck stop, luckily 6 miles to exit instead of waiting on a tow. I had about a half hour wait and got over charged from a mega truck stop. Nothing pisses me off more than the big truck stops over charging the truckers. I really didn't believe that price of $600 for a tire and made the mechanic show me his screen. Plus labor charge. Thank goodness the mechanic George was very personable and can tolerate Super truckers like me! I'm going to try not to use Pilot again and would definitely prefer a local truck tire shop.

(I temporarily pumped up the flat with a portable pump I have.) iCamp manager referred me to the Truck Garage next to the Pilot Fuel Stop. Shawn works on tires within the WEST WINDS TRUCK STOP providing tire service as TUSHAR MOUNTAIN SERVICES. It is not affiliated with PILOT which has some negative reviews! Shawn quickly but thoroughly fixed my Flat. At my request he also made time to install a high pressure tire stem on one of my Motorhome tires! His fee was quite reasonable.
