I believe it is from some small private brewery affiliated with the restaurant somehow. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right, so definitely order the house beer. I cannot tell you the name of it on the menu but, if you dine here, ask the owner for it and you will not be disappointed. It was plentiful, cooked perfectly (crisp on the outside but super soft on the inside, if that makes any sense), and the perfect alternative to all the meat I had been eating that entire week.
