The bed showed on your website over 1000 in stock in warehouse. So I pay for the bed in july for them to reach out and say it be few weeks. Here we are almost 2 months in still no bed. So porchia emails me last week saying my bed will be in this week. I get a call today sept 8th from porchia saying half my bed came gotta wait another week for the other half. so I was lied to last week. yall didnt get half of my money. I dont deserve 2 month wait and half a bed. yall shouldnt process a payment on something you cant fulfill. this is baddddd business. I wouldnt recommend yall or ever shop with yall again!!

As you walk around you can clearly see damage on most of the items. Sure, it'll be marked down but $1100 knocked down to $800 for a bookshelf that's literally falling apart is insanity. There were couches/loveseats with giant tears, 5' tall shelving that's couldn't sit flat, drawers with completely unsquare/uneven handles (from each other, imagine square handles just rotated any which way), mirrored glass pieces completely missing on dresser drawers. It is very clear this whole location is made to offload damaged trash to people with more money than sense. We thought maybe you're supposed to haggle on the prices but we weren't willing to pay anything more than 50% the price on anything. I've seen better selection from reclaimed Katrina furniture. On top of that, there are constantly employees around you and checking on you. If I want to purchase from you, I'll come up to the desk and let you know. Hovering around me while I'm trying to inspect merchandise is an immediate turn off. A salesperson being nice doesn't mean I owe you an extra $300-400 or more to dump your trash into the dumpster for you. I'd suggest reading the reviews here and notice how very few of the 5's are even talking about the quality of the products.
