    This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered online a washer and a dryer however after it arrived and was set up in my laundry room I discovered that they were too short and I would have had to buy two additional pieces to lift them up to an appropriate height which would have cost an additional $600. I also didn't like the color, online they look dark grey but in person they are black which doesn't match my floors or grey wall color. I called to have them returned I was told I would need to pay a 15% restocking fee, oh great...ok whatever I paid and scheduled the pickup which was supposed to be for this past Sunday, they never showed up or called. I have been on the phone for two days with their customer service getting the run around, I am currently on hold, been on hold for over 30 minutes to find out when they are going to pick this chit up and when will I receive my credit!!! This store is appropriately named...CON!!! I will never give them another penny!

    Lolololol When you walk in there's a smell of shitty customer service. plz... the woman with long blond hair, we just wanted a washer. Jesus she kept lying and her face turned so red. Personal experience the lady who was vibing with the music was just perfect. But to sum it up, they won't let you return what you bought, smelly ass attitude that you can smell from a mile away . They also pretend like their busy.

    This Place deserves negative stars, worst customer service ever. Got sold a faulty tv this past weekend they did nothing about it. It was the last display model wasn't told about any issues it may have. Told me I have to call customer service they're even worse got scheduled an appointment today for a tech to come check my tv from 8am-12pm no one showed up and didn't receive a call at all until I called customer service again only to get an appointment set for another date.

    Let me start out by saying that Darrell the sales person was great. Very professional and not pushy like most salespersons. My issue is with the warehouse, delivery and customer service. My husband and I went in to get a second refrigerator for our house and ended up buying a recliner also. I wanted the recliner in "Basil" but was told that was out of stock so I agreed to the vino color. The day before our refrigerator and recliner were to be delivered we were notified that the warehouse couldn't find the recliner in their stock. They expected to have more in stock in about 3 weeks so we would have to wait (and pay another delivery charge). When we went into the store to resign paperwork I told our salesperson Darrell that I wanted the basil color like I originally wanted and that is what was ordered. When the delivery people came on the Saturday to deliver it, they brought out a "slate" color (which is not a color that conn's even offers. The delivery drivers tried to tell me that there was green in the chair. We refused the chair and after several phone calls they agreed to come out the next day with the correct chair. When a different set of delivery men came the next day once again they brought a slate color chair and proceeded to argue that there was green in the chair. At that time we just told them to leave the chair. My husband reported it to Conn's that once again we were brought the wrong color chair. It has been over 2 weeks now and despite numerous complaints and calls, we still do not have the "basil" green colored chair that I ordered and have been told by Conn's that this matter has been resolved. It hasn't and on their customer service survey I have told them that they can bring me the chair in the color that I ordered or pick up this ugly slate color that they brought me

    We received an ad from Conn's Furniture Plus last week. Because we've been having a problem with an ARCTIC BLAST on the Refrigerator side of our Refrigerator/Freezer, we decided to see what kind of deals they might have going on. I'M SO GLAD WE DID! When we walked into Conn's the first thing we noticed was how clean this place was. It looked as if they just opened (they hadn't). Almost immediately we were greeted by a young man, Alex Resendez, with a handshake and a smile. "I just want you guys to know I'm here to help and if there's nothing I can immediately help you with, please just let me know when and if you do." He said. I said we would let him know. He politely responded, "I'll just be right over there. Please let me know." I said okay and headed to the refrigerators. Once we decided on the right one for us, Alex worked quickly, answering all of our questions and making the deal we were excited about. This was a great experience. We were in and out in an hour. Most of that time was US deciding on which refrigerator we wanted to go with. Great job Conn's and great job Alex! 5/5 Stars for you sir!

Their prices were about $100/chair more than Austin's prices. The table we wanted, she wasn't familiar with, even though Ron at the Austin store knew exactly what it was style wise. We purchased 8 Galveston style chairs and an 84" Tressel style expandable table. It was worth the drive to Autin for a savings of over. $1,000!

I was beginning to feel like Goldilocks after repeatedly coming across ones that were too soft, too firm, too big, too small, etc., on a mission to find ones that were just right. Just as other yelpers have pointed out, this store is full of salespeople yet very few showed any interest in us while we meandered through the upstairs and downstairs showrooms. This isn't a problem for me personally because I'd rather browse in peace without the added pressure of being followed and watched like a hawk. As we were walking towards the door, ready to check this place off our list and move on to the next furniture store, an orange-y brown leather sofa caught my eye. My immediate thought was that it might be nice if only it were in another color, then lo and behold I spotted leather swatches nearby in a handful of colors. Suddenly, not one but two different salespeople stopped to offer assistance. After a brief but successful sales pitch, the next thing we knew we were practically skipping out of the store in glee, receipt in hand, having FINALLY found our new sofa and loveseat, which we ordered in black. We were told that it would take about 10 weeks for our furniture to arrive, but it actually only took half that time. The entire delivery process was hassle free. They had openings within the next couple of days with short windows of time. When the delivery guys showed up they were on time and quick but careful while dropping off our pieces. Our new sofa and loveseat look great and feel well manufactured. I haven't noticed any flaws thus far. After they have had some time to get worn in and thoroughly tested by our in home quality control group (i.e. kids) I'll update my review.
