I got a laugh from the review below complaining about waiting for an hour from her appointment to see the dentist, she clearly has never been to visit a dental or medical professional in Puerto Rico, typical wait times are on the order of 3-4 hours and appointments are usually just advisory. Dr. Cruz has always been timely for me, except for once when there was an emergency case which he allowed to skip the line.

Por otro lado los plásticos están mal hechos, les tienes que cortar los borden tú mismo porque te laceran la encía, ellos no lo hacen.
