Buyer beware: The reason for only 3 stars is location and price. This spa is at the end of a very long, rough potholed road with broken cars and buildings. The parking lot says park at your own risk which didn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. The facility was clean and simple, but very small and nothing special. I could have overlooked all that if it hadn't been for the price. $210 for 80 minutes, so it cost us $420. IMHO it was unreasonable for a place like this and I wasn't told the price up front when i called to book, which was my mistake. If I had known, I probably would not have scheduled.

I get massages and facials on a regular basis at home. I was expecting more soundproofing for the service rooms. You could hear everything that was happening in the waiting area. The massage therapist was wonderful. The facial was less than what I was use to. There was a lot of down time and the esthetician left the room a couple times stating she needed to get product. I am not sure exactly what was happening but at one point I heard something that sounded like someone opening up a garbage bag. It was not a relaxing experience. I was surprised the extractions were done manually. At home my esthetician uses a machine that is less invasive. There was 1 cleanse, 1 mask, and, at most, a 1 minute face massage to incorporate products into my skin. While letting the mask dry there was a foot massage, but it was very uneven. The esthetician spend 3-4 minutes on one foot and maybe 1 minute for the other. The cost was not worth the experience. I would return for the massage only.
