Few months into the property their was damage outside to property, reported it, estate agent done nothing and closed ticket on their system. Rising damp and mould started to appear everywhere, estate agent again done nothing although 2 of their contractors confirming it was inhabitable. A month later still trying to get my deposit back, nothing from estate agents. Oh and they were renting out this property with no gas safety certificate! They just want your money every month, not to actually help you!! Bad, bad estate agents.
