I called in the professionals! You've seen them around town and not just after storms, clearing and chipping and all thing arbor! Dealing with everyone at 'Chaug was top of the pine . (I don't know, but you kinda guessed this maybe was going there , spoiler, there's more.) I had some tricky landscaping hazards, like a septic, a catio, you know, normal homeowner stuff., no problem, they had a variety of appropriate tools and experience in all sorts of environments. well of course they did, that's why I hired them. Price was very fair and expectations were met every step of the way. Failing tree and rain, the Lawns a little lumpy, but so was carinis head. I might even have a nice amount of firewood, which you can't get out of state. wooden want to see you break a law. I will need to buy a chainsaw asap, but who doesnt need their own family chainsaw? Now there's no more oak oppression, For they passed a noble law And the trees are all kept equal, By hatchet, axe, and saw

Bob stayed true to his estimate, has the proper equipment and machinery and got the job done in a safe and efficient manner. I wanted to keep the wood to split and burn in my wood stove. Bob asked how long I'd like it cut. I said 16" and he did that as well w/o hesitation. His crew also did an excellent job on cleanup and chipping the tree tops. This is the 3rd time we have used Bob's tree service and he is the only tree service we use and recommend to our friends and neighbors.

I explained it so even a 3rd grader could comprehend it, but scribbled in his so called "contract" was to take down the hickory tree with no mention of the ash for $1500.00. It's lucky we were watching these guys before they took down the hickory. In the meantime, they had cut the branches of two neighboring trees for no apparent reason. So now Bob himself comes on the scene with no mask, and tells me it was my fault, and to remove the branches from the ash would be an additional $1500.00! That obviously didn't get done. This was, in my opinion, a typical bait and switch technique, which is not only unethical, but unprofessional as well. In his his called "contract" it states the pieces would be cut into 15" lengths. Some of them were twice that long! Guess they must have forgotten their ruler. And check out the pictures for the damage they did to my yard. And all this is after I gave him a referral. The next referral he gets from me will be with the Better Business Bureau.
