She reviews with him what is needed to practice when he asks: "can you please show me a video, so I know that I'm practicing correctly?" She will send a few second video so he then feels helped and accountable to practicing his tongue exercises correctly. She will even list the exercises so he nails it down pat. Hilary has and continues to help him in every thing he needs, including adapting to his college schedule. She does an amazing job and she really cares for him and his success by supporting him in every way.
