Customer service is terrible at Miro and they don't honor their warranty or extended warranty…read morecommitments. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a small appliance that broke in a year. I did buy the extended warranty and when I returned it, expecting to get a new appliance, they sent the item to be repaired rather than replace it - that's not what they told me when I purchased the extended warranty. El servicio al cliente es terrible en Miro y no cumplen con sus compromisos de garantía o de extensión de garantía. He estado esperando más de 2 semanas por un pequeño aparato que se rompió en un año. Compré la garantía extendida y cuando la devolví, esperando obtener un electrodoméstico nuevo, enviaron el artículo para ser reparado en lugar de reemplazarlo - eso no es lo que me dijeron cuando compré la garantía extendida.

Really unhappy with the service I got after a fan I bought there malfunctioned (didn't even last 3…read moremonths). Poor returns policy (they only offered for me to take it miles and miles away for it to be repaired!), poor customer service (1 person was good; a couple of others didn't even treat me respectfully) and din't even bother to apologise for the bad experience (can you not do that at least, even if you think you've done no wrong?) or anything of the sort after I made an official complaint. And the worst thing is that I bought 3 big appliances there before (TV, washing machine and fridge). Obviously, won't be going there again!
