Customer service is terrible at Miro and they don't honor their warranty or extended warranty commitments. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a small appliance that broke in a year. I did buy the extended warranty and when I returned it, expecting to get a new appliance, they sent the item to be repaired rather than replace it - that's not what they told me when I purchased the extended warranty. Really unhappy with the service I got after a fan I bought there malfunctioned (didn't even last 3 months). Poor returns policy (they only offered for me to take it miles and miles away for it to be repaired!), poor customer service (1 person was good; a couple of others didn't even treat me respectfully) and din't even bother to apologise for the bad experience (can you not do that at least, even if you think you've done no wrong?) or anything of the sort after I made an official complaint. And the worst thing is that I bought 3 big appliances there before (TV, washing machine and fridge). Obviously, won't be going there again! read more
