Tried their free, hot yoga on Sundays and it was so much different than what I was expecting. The…read moreinstructor was so great, really brought everyone together into all of the yoga moves and made the class enjoyable. We had never done hot yoga, it was difficult to keep up with the class when we didn't know how to do anything, but we were able to look around for the most part and do everything. Our instructor was very encouraging, created a nice atmosphere and we spotted our butts off. They have many levels of classes, offer a variety, it's really clean and enjoyable.

Instructors range from Great to Very Good. I've been practicing yoga for 22 years…read more hot yoga around 20. CP for around 10? Although the days of Core Power Hollywood teachers massaging my head are in the rear view, this group of women and one or two men are really excellent and have really sincere energy. They are not robots, many of them are personable and make me feel happy when I enter and leave. I've been a member for 3 months, this is my final 2 weeks as I break for a summer of walking and swimming. Different classes, some extremely hot, some more focused on sculpting with light dumbbells keeps things interesting. The heat and higher rep light weight really works wonders on your physique and your soul. Pulse Pulse Pulse to Disclosure "defeated no more" which is a crazy coincidence considering I played it this AM for the first time in a decade on the way to class. They do a good job keeping the floors clean here, sweeping right after each class. Thanks CP Bridgeport for 3 months of great vibes and classes moving at a great pace. I'll probably re join in the winter.

I absolutely loved Seth's class. I've done a handful of other hot yoga classes and several yoga…read moreclasses for year's. He was patient, offered adjustments, kind, and grounded in his teaching. The studio is in an area with lots of parking. There is a changing room and one stall for a shower if you're needing to jump from hot yoga to a Bubbles N Tea date (which is across the street and delicious). I will definitely consider the drop in class for $20 and the 2 weeks for $40 intro package. I dont live in the area, but I could see this being a great spot to check out if you've got a commute and want to dodge traffic! I wish I did live in the area so I could embrace this emotional and physical release more often.

Not to be basic, but if I could do 0 stars, I would. I'm home from school and decided I wanted to…read moretry a hot yoga studio here at home, so I decided to try a class here. I took Laura's class, and she was such a sweetheart and amazing at teaching. I do hot yoga nearly everyday but I was not used to this type of yoga. I got extremely dehydrated, dizzy the second I walked into the studio room, so I decided to lay in child's pose the whole time, just to be safe and avoid fainting. I noticed another worker (I'm not familiar with her name) giving me very rude looks during the class, which made me feel like a distraction despite my efforts of staying safe. After the class, I quickly felt sick and ran to the bathroom where I was excessively vomiting in the trash can (all stalls were taken, it was my only option). It was embarrassing, but it happens. Not one person stopped and asked if I was okay, and about 10 people walked by me. When I went to tell Laura, she was busy so I asked the other worker available. She was extremely disrespectful and told me to clean it up and go take the trash out myself, after I told her I felt extremely dehydrated and ill. She didn't ask if I was okay or if I needed help with anything, all she said was, "Yeah can you take out the trash yourself." Seems like a biohazard to me, and heck if I even knew where to take the trash to. Additionally, I was visibly shaking and my voice and body was obviously showing that. I was utterly shook that she had asked me to do this and her attitude was undeniably sassy. I have never felt so unwelcome and humiliated. I told Laura and she immediately told me to go home and feel better, and that she will take care of it! Thank god for Laura being there or else I would have left the studio bawling my eyes out of embarrassment. There must be policies for cleaning up things like vomit, and I don't think that a visitor is in charge of doing that! If I knew her name, I would contact the studio directly and inform them. I felt so unwelcome after speaking to her and I pray no one else has had a similar experience with that worker. Every other worker was so sweet and helpful, though. I will not be coming back to this studio.

Member since August 1, 2024…read more Pros: Reasonable price for 24/7 access. Decent variety of classes. Two restrooms with showers available. Cons: The studio and individual pods were frequently unclean, with hair and dust visible. The shower was more often dirty than clean. Most importantly, two critical contract terms were never disclosed at sign-up. First, you cannot cancel before completing five months, yet staff told me cancellation was possible at any time. Second, after one year and nine months of membership, when I submitted a cancellation request with a doctor's recommendation, I was informed that two additional months of payment are required regardless of whether you continue attending. Regarding the workout system itself: the videos offer three difficulty levels and often include form explanations, which is a plus. However, in roughly half the cases the instructor's verbal cues contradict what they are actually doing on screen. For example, instructions about parallel hips, spinal alignment, or proper squat depth are frequently ignored by the demonstrators themselves. Someone following visually without a background in yoga or fitness training would easily pick up incorrect form without realizing it. Poor alignment can ultimately cause more harm than the exercise does good.

First, I was charged over $250 for what was supposed to be a "trial month," which felt extremely misleading. I canceled immediately after realizing how disappointing the experience was. The facility itself felt unsanitary and very poorly maintained. On top of that, the owner came across as extremely judgmental and unprofessional, which made the whole experience even worse. Also, calling this place a "gym" feels misleading. It's basically small sauna boxes where you try to exercise in extreme heat. Instead of feeling like a good workout, it felt uncomfortable and difficult to even breathe while trying to move. It's not motivating at all. The heat is so intense that it even fries your hair if you're not careful. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a real gym or a positive fitness environment.
