Dr. Rosendorf found out my problem after 1 procedure and made his recommendation of what I should do. I followed his course and I have to say I feel amazing. It is 2 years since my surgery ( he did not perform because he is not a surgeon ) and I feel like a new man. Rosendorf performs colinoscopy's, endosocopy's and stuff along those lines. I am in my 30's and I think Rosendorf is in his late 30's. I am thrilled about this because this means he will be my gastro doctor for the rest of my life. If you are having pains, you owe it to yourself to give him a shot. Go see him, and report back here with your results!

Due to his doing a satisfactory job on my hip I decided to see if he was also practiced at shoulder surgery. After waiting almost a week and a half and getting an appointment with Dr. Douglas Holden he explained to me that he was not doing hip surgeries any longer, and that he was focused on shoulder surgeries, which was to include tears. After being sent and responding to an imaging center to have an MRI done, it was confirmed that there was a rotator cuff tear to my left shoulder. At the time we had not had about any other injury and made a plan to have the surgery on my shoulder and this was because Dr. Holden, although it had been some years since he operated on my hip, but at that time he was mainly doing hip-hop operations and not shoulder operations. our he expressed being very certain that he could correct the problem with my shoulder and he expected that I would make a full . After having the operation and Dr. Holden claiming that he was able to repair the rotator cuff tear and he also found that my bicep had torn away and needed to be repaired also while he was in the surgery. A short time after the surgery, I responded to a office of my choice and one that he was well aware of called Third Space medical, which was in . During my visits to Physical Therapy, I had some unusual pain in the shoulder that the doctor had and Physical Therapy had expressed some concern about the pain I was having. After a series of follow up visits with Dr. Holden in a different office than their New Jersey office I expressed some concern because my shoulder was not healing and I was having more pain than the people at Physical Therapy had expected. After two follow up visits with Dr. Holden he show up at the but one of his underlings had shown up and had told me that I had met all the visits that required and permitted by the insurance company and that the shoulder should be just fine with more . more weeks of and having nearly as much pain that I had prior to the the physical therapist I was seeing had recommended that I go for another MRI to check to see what could be causing the pain that I was having. After receiving the results from my MRI and bringing it to the therapist, the showed that there was still tears to my rotator cuff that the doctor had . On several occasions, I contacted the office doctor was working and they kept telling me that I had used all the visits that the insurance company would pay for and that I would any further visits to Garden State orthopedics and Dr. Holden. Due to me being in my late 60s I chose not to have another surgery because I had a very bad experience with this surgery and did not want to go through another 6 to 12 weeks of and not having to use of my arm. After approximately one year, I began getting requests by Garden State orthopedics for an additional $1800.00 at which time I sent them a letter explaining why they would not be receiving the payments because Dr. Holden had failed me and did not correct the injury that I had had after he promised that there should be no fixing the damage to my shoulder. It is very clear that Dr. Holden is not a man of his and his office was very obnoxious and nasty when I was going through the pre-operation and mentioned that there was issues with the paperwork that stated I would be responsible for things that were always covered by my and at the time his office person who is in charge of the paperwork and the finances got very abrupt with me, and even my wife that was with me was very upset that they would speak to me the way they did at the time. Several times I called up and I wanted to speak with Dr. Holden about the issue and each and every time his people that answered the phone refused to allow me to speak with him and told me that either I pay him the money or they would send it to and I told they could do whatever they like because he complete the operation in the . It is now well over three years and I'm being threatened by his office to send the overdue to collections and I'm not interested in paying him any further money as he did not do the surgery and fix the injury in the manner he promised. After having my hip several years ago, I recommended at least six other people to Garden State orthopedics of mine out to them and looked at their said they would not go to this orthopedic center, and then I took a look at the ratings and it was very very distressing to see group of doctors with five star ratings had dropped down to a three star rating which told me that they would be becoming more of a clinic than a high-end orthopedic doctor agency. As it stands today, I would never recommend anyone to Dr. Douglas Holden or his orthopedic group after his seeing how his ratings had fallen in a few short years.

Fortunately this visit was business related and not my attending doctor. I took off a point because he walked put too abrupt for my liking, and the place is hard to find in the rear of the parking lot.

They also are rude and do not respond to requests promptly. Having to wait almost a month for medication authorization is not a standard practice but is how they deal with patients. The phone lines are always busy, they don't respond to text messages, and take longer than their promised 48hrs to get back to you via their portal. The medical service from the doctors is great but the office staff and lack of professionalism caused me to switch doctors after almost 9 years.

The eh: the administrative staff is bureucratic, proper but not warm, and frustrating at times. If you have an emergency, you may not be thrilled with their slow response to phone calls. This situation seems to be slowly improving. Bottom line: Dr. Davis is outstanding. He knows medicine. That makes the other stuff worth putting up with.

She explained…read moreeverything to me before my cancer surgery and the day before she even had a radiologist do a lymphoscintigraphy (a special procedure that was like a breast mapping to get a radioactive substance and die into the cancerous tissue and shoot it sideways towards my lymph nodes to be able to see more detail during surgery.) When I woke up from having the lumpectomy I said, "Am I done here ....Did I have surgery yet?" because I wasn't in any pain. The nurse said you did great and as she said it the surgeon walked in and told me that everything went well. I asked why I wasn't in a pain and she said she put a time release pain medicine into my breast that would release slowly and the next day and that way the pain won't be bad and she said they also gave me some pain medicine in my IV. I have had ovarian cancer surgery as well as other surgeries in my life and I was always in a lot of pain when I awoke. I think this surgeon is amazing. On top of that she has the nicest staff. Whenever I call a girl named Zanayah who answers in the breast cancer department anyways knows me by name when I'm there for a visit. Normally that wouldn't be unusual if I had an appointment, but I had to go in today because some of my sticky wrapping on my breast came off in the shower (which the RN said sometimes happens). As soon as I walked in Zanayah said, Hi Dawn how are you? I was shocked that she knew that it was me. She said we're expecting you because you had called earlier. The nurse that re-wrapped the area for me was named Karen and she is always so nice. There's also a lady named Lynn that's very nice and the PA named Liz is also wonderful. I had a pre op appointment with Karen, Liz, and a lady that was fairly new named Rachel and they are all so intelligent and so sweet. I wouldn't be able to name all the people that were so nice to me at the pavilion at Valley hospital because it would take too many pages but this is a great hospital and the staff is fantastic. The anesthesiologist doctor Harvey assured me ahead of time that everything would be OK. I was scared since years ago I was giving a paralytic when they put me to sleep and when I woke up from having ovarian cancer surgery at memirial Sloan Kettering, I was paralyzed and it was very scary. She said we don't even have to give you a paralytic. She told me that once you're under general anesthetia for this operation, you don't need it. At this hospital the nurses give you their cell phone numbers and if they don't pick up it's because they're working with a patient and they call back literally within 3 minutes. Today I called and someone got back to me 3 minutes later. I feel very safe with the surgeon and this hospital. The doctor also made an additional incision under my arm to take out some extra lymph nodes to biopsy them just in case anything could have traveled in the future and she took out some surrounding breast tissue as well. This way I will live a long time. Very proactice team! The surgeon is also very cheerful and bubbly which puts me in a good mood when I'm in there and I would normally be nervous. It's very obvious that she loves her job.
