Made 10am an appointment on their website. it said we would get an email confirming or declining…read morethe appointment. We did not. I called when on the way, and was told that booking portal is only for people that have their family doctor staffed here. I've double checked - it does not say that anywhere. They manually declined our appointment while we were on the phone with them. They said there were only a few people waiting and to come down as a walk in. We walked-in and checked in shortly after 10am. After over an hour of watching people go in ahead of us that came in after us, I asked where we were in the queue. We were not in the queue at all. They said they would get her in next - which was another 25minutes and 6 more people ahead of us. They seemed very disorganized.

I went to the Costco south location and they gave me the…read morewrong prescription which i didn't know until I found glasses I liked and ordered after 8 months of having the prescription. I've been wearing the same glasses for 3 years and still see great with them just wanted some updated frames with new, not scratched lenses but got my new glasses and they were blurry. Turned out the had halved my previous prescription (and didn't mention any of that to me) and when I reached out to them to inform them they had it wrong I was told I'd have to pay for an exam to fix my prescription given it had been over the 3 month guarantee. Keep in mind that I've been wearing the same glasses daily over 3 years and never had a problem so no, my prescription didn't change at any point. In addition, they also charge for kids eye exams which I've never had to pay for previous since these offered free at most optometrist offices (because they are paid by the government to offer them so it's actually just a money grab). I would suggest you go somewhere else as I'm now out $700 in glasses and sunglasses and can't get lenses with the proper prescription unless I pay for another eye exam.
