Tried every lens in Costco with the new prescription, blurry as hell. Costco told me to go back and get the proper prescription. My son's father took my son in on a Wednesday night with a probably broken arm (they were the only…read moreones open with x-ray). They were short staffed that night and couldn't do the x-ray and asked if we could come back in the morning. Go back in the morning at about 9:30 for x-ray and proceed back to the vehicle to wait for the doctor to call us in with the results. By 5:30 on Thursday, they still hadn't received the results of the x-ray. When I phoned to ask them what was going on because this was ridiculous, the girl that answered the phone was rude and snotty. Kept asking me what the doctor said. When I told her we hadn't even talked to a doctor, she couldn't grasp the concept that it had been 8 hours since the x-ray and we hadn't heard from anyone. After being quite testy with her she finally "bumped his name to the top of the list." 40 minutes later they finally called to confirm a broken arm. My son sat for 24 hours with a broken arm because their support staff couldn't get their sh!t together. The support staff in this place definitely takes away from the wonderful doctors. The emergency room at RUH would have been quicker. To be clear the 2 stars are for the doctors.
