They installed the washer and dryer with no issues. We did have a problem with the microwave but they were very good about getting it fixed. I have been in the store and everyone is very pleasant to work with. We were also doing a fundraiser and we stopped back to ask for a donation from them. They were more than forthcoming in helping with our benefit. Thank you for your good service.

Bought a kitchen table, it was scratched so they exchanged it, however,…read morethat one was scratched as well so it was their idea to have another one sent directly to the store so they could check it over before being delivered. We were never contacted when it was delivered to our local store. When we finally called and told it was there we then had to call the delivery company to actually schedule the delivery. The delivery day came and went with no table being delivered. When I called, I was told the computer showed we were doing the exchange at the store. Really??!! I still have not received the kitchen table we bought and paid for 2 months ago!!! The store is getting a bad reputation because of the customer service company they use. I'm not sure we will ever purchase from Ashley Furniture again.

After he left I looked at getting curtains and the woman that helped me was pushy and didn't listen to what I wanted. 2 years ago I popped in because I was looking for a new bedroom set for my condo. I walked the whole Floor before being greeted by a woman. She treated me like I was wasting her time and didn't have enough money to spend in the store. I saw a set I liked but knew I didn't want to deal With her so I left. Fast forward to last week... my daughter was given a $1000 gift card for Montgomery's when they closed on their first home. One day, while out and about doing other things and not really dressed up, they stopped in to look to see what Montgomery's has to offer now. The woman that greeted her and her fiancé was nothing short of rude and condescending. They left and gave me a call. I told them to go to Madison or Watertown. They went to Madison and had a much better experience. Word to Management... treat every customer with respect. Not everyone is able to afford your Sioux Falls store but they are going to be talking to friends, family and at work about how they were treated.
