Wow, my old barber quit his old location and I came in here because the very polite owner said they do scissors and comb. I waited for a bit and I'm came Jackie. She said, "Oh, I can do what you want!" She certainly could and beautifully as well; a really great job on my hardtocut hair with it's cowlicks and all the problems. She straightened everything out. I'm so happy to have found Conley's at their new location and Jackie the Great. read more

8/21/16 Just got my haircut yesterday by Martha. She's a flat top pro. I drive up from Biscayne Miami just for this barber. I have family in the area so I make the best of it. First time she cut my hair. The BEST barber I had. Hands down, she's patient...asks the right question. Woman's touch when cutting hair is a huge difference. I'm a customer for life. I asked for a flat top and she nailed the style the best. My wife even loved the end result. For perfect flat tops come see Martha...you will be happy too read more

Made 3pm appointment with Jeff- right on time. Jeff spent the time to tell me about my type of hair and how he cuts to make sure blended in for the style I want. I got a great haircut and gained some knowledge! read more

Stopped in here for a quick back to school haircut for my 13 year old son. This barber was fast! The hair cut was OK, but could have been cleaned up a little better in the back. I didn't notice until my son showered and got the stray hairs off. Otherwise, I'll probably be back for the price and location. * Helpful hint : this is inside the mall part by Publix and CVS. read more

Jeff Conley of Conley's Barber Shop is an artist with hair. Jeff is the only one who has touched my hair in the last 12 years. His shop is simply the best...period. They recently opened in a new, more convenient and accessible location and just across the street from the old space. New location is on Park Rd., right next to Einstein Bagels and Big Louie's Pizza (across the street from Target). Conley's is a full service shop and I get highlights there as well as cut and style, and below is a recent pic of their work. If you aren't getting your hair care from Conley's, you're missing out on everything your hairstyle can be. read more

I recently moved to Hollywood and was looking for a place to get a haircut. This place came with very good reviews and good comments from customers. I have to say that unfortunately my experience was not good. The "person" that cut my hair was extremely rough with the comb and brush, the clippers were not properly aligned nor sharpened because I could feel the teeth pulling and scratching my neck. Aftet that this person proceeded to use the blade on the back of my neck, irritating it even more so and after all that, went ahead and splashed me with alcohol, without even asking if I wanted it. Needless to say, I got out of there with a headache and my skin was on fire. Everybody that saw my neck asked me what the hell had happened. I'm willing to give them a second chance, but with a different stylist. read more

Yes , I am a woman at this barber shop. Impeccable service! When I first arrived with orange hair i was greeted by the owner and his staff immediately set me up in the most comfortable chair. And I have to mention even the hair washing was enjoyable!! I never received this treatment at any salon I've ever been too. And who knows , maybe one of these times I'll meet the man of my dreams here while getting his beard trimmed! This place is IT. I found my guy. Thank you Jeff! Best friendliest staff ever. Amazing. When I travel I often don't bring a razor due to carry on restrictions. (I use one of those old grand-dad style safety razors at home) I needed to find a barber who offered shaves as well as haircuts and I was flying into Fort Lauderdale for a wedding in Miami. This place is a little hard to find, as it's in a walk in lobby BEHIND the Publix. So you need to go through the double doors, and walk in to get to it. Its worth it though. Please allow me to introduce you to Armon at Conley's Barber Shop. (I hope I spelled that correctly) This was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a barber shop. I ask for a 1-1/2 on the sides and back, and to clean up the top. He cut a quick test and ask for approval on both the sides and the top. He then took his time and did an amazing job on my haircut. Then the shave. Preshave cream, hot towels, and a single blade razor. I love getting shaves when I travel, and it's hard to find good places that do both, and do them for a good price. He again, took his time, gave a pass with the grain, and another across, and then a clean up. Finished with a cool towel with aftershave in it. I left looking great for the wedding, and left him a great tip because he was as good as any barber I've had in NYC or my home of Baltimore. I repeat, he was on par with any barber I've had in NYC. Which, I've never had a better barber than in NYC. Until now. If you need a haircut, a shave, or both. Go to Conley's. Go ask for Armon. When I return to Miami, I'll make sure to return here. It's that darned good. read more

I'm so glad I found Jeff's shop. I needed a new place that was kid-friendly and this is that kind of place. (Dum Dum lollipops in a Dolphins helmet.) Large staff of both men & women barbers means the wait is not too bad. Because it's popular, there are usually waiting customers -- but that's a good sign, right? Plus it's a welcoming vibe for women customers. I even got my own hair trimmed here when I didn't have time to get to my usual salon and was here with the kids. (Good cut & saved $!) It's nice that it's next to a smoothie/juice bar and a bagel shop next door, so you can grab a snack as you're running errands. read more

I am new to the neighborhood and was looking for a new barbershop. I can walk to Conley's and on a Sunday morning, in season, the wait was not bad. I was in very good hands with Armen, who did a great straight-razor shave on my head and neatened up my beard and eyebrows. He takes his time and gets it right. Well worth the reasonable prices they charge. read more

This is a new barber shop that took the place of an old barber shop. I've been going to Jeff Conley for years! About 8 of them. He used to work at Hair Cuttery of Sheridan and 95 and finally got the opportunity to open his own barber shop. Jeff gives an awesome hair cut. He's fast, consistent, personable, and not too expensive. When Jeff took over this barber back in Sept 2014, he changed the name, changed all of the furniture and fixtures inside and remodeled. He is positioning his shop to be similar to an old fashioned family barber. That being said, I know he also cuts women's hair since he has such a following and they don't want to change stylists. TIP: Conley's Barber Shop is off of Hollywood Blvd and I-95. It's behind the Target, next door to Publix Supermarket. You'll see his sign by the nail salon. You have to take Park Road 1 block North of Hollywood, so it may get confusing. read more

This is the worst experience of my life. Went in asked for a Caesar no 2 and came out with clumps of hair everywhere. Had to go to the shop across the next plaza to get it fixed. Guy didn't even line me up right and the charged me $17 and wanted a tip. Tip: get better at your trade read more

I have crazy thick hair, I generally get my hair cut every 2 to 3 weeks. I moved here about a year ago and I was too lazy to go anywhere other than #SuperCuts. I've never had my haircut by the same person in the year I've been going. It's always a different person... Who can not speak any English. That too me is a red flag, not everyone can speak Spanish, Portuguese etc. I decided enough was enough, I was going to find a Barber. I did some online research, read many reviews and comments and I decided to give Conley's a chance. It smelled like a barbershop. It looked like a barbershop. It was a Barbershop. I had a great experience, they offer many services here, all at a reasonable price. David was my barber. He did a fantastic job. I'll be back. Conley's now has a new lifetime customer. If you remember how good a Barbershop is... You'll go to Conley's. read more

I've been going to a salon since I was 13 years old to get my haircut, when I thought of a barber shop I thought of bowl cuts and crew cuts, so I've been extremely hesitant to go anywhere but a salon, but at my last visit to a salon I showed them a picture of how I wanted my hair and it came out completely different than the picture, I over heard one of the stylists say a barbershop could do that, so I decided to give Conley's a try, I showed them the exact same picture and they cut just like I wanted. The staff is extremely friendly, their fast, the prices are great and they take walk ins and appointments, what more can you ask for? read more

Jeff Conley runs the best barber shop in South Florida. He only hires pros, and they are not stuck to a stopwatch like corporate chains. Hilary was my hairstylist/barber and did an amazing job. I have a combover style without the hard part and asked for 4 on the sides with 1 inch off the top. Hillary not only trimmed well but did the BEST blending for my combover. She spent about 30 minutes and was extremely courteous asking for the specifics of what I wanted. Highly recommend! read more

If your looking for a good barbershop in Hollywood this is where to go. No matter what race, or nationally you are this barbershop can cut your hair good. I got just what I expected.... My haircut by Walt was great. No problems at all. I left looking good and smelling just as great. Walt did just what I wanted him to do. I didn't have to coach him on how to cut my hair, he already knew how to. The environment was just as relaxing as the haircut. I'll definitely be back thanks to Walt. read more

I had a great first visit here. I called in advance to see if I could make an appointment and they said just come on down it may take an hour. Jeff had me in a chair within 20 minutes. Gave me a perfect fade. Just after Arman gave me a hot shave that set me up real nice. Thanks guys I will be back. read more

I got a nice, clean buzzcut from this place. The people were nice and it was quick and simple. Worth the price.

Ok, so I'm in from Las Vegas and needed to get my son's haircut. I took him to a local kids place off of Sheridan, I'm not going to name it. Anyways, he pretty much got butchered. I called Conley's to see if they were open being that it was Sunday and all, to my surprise they were. I talked to Jeff and he told me to bring him by. I'm not sure of the name of the barber who cut his hair, so respond with your name if you read this. Needless to say he was our savior and fixed my poor little man's hair. So, again, thank you!!!! With that being said, if I were a local my son and I would be regulars and I'm super picky when it comes to my hair!!! So, if you want a great cut go check them out. read more

I've been here three times since moving to the area in March, and have never had a bad experience. My first cut was with Dave who went above and beyond. It took me this long to write a review because I didn't catch his name. I went back a month ago and got a good cut, but not as great as Dave's (although the gentlemen was good, I was told he moved to Arizona). I definitely came back, but no Dave, and was in desperate need of a cut, so I had the pleasure of meeting Carla! She was just as great as Dave (I didn't have a doubt about that). Friendly staff, and since moving to the new location on Park, easier to find. Thank you Carla and Dave and to all the staff there, I'll definitely return and recommend your services! XOXO read more

Highly recommend this place! After searching for a couple years for a good shop, I am so happy I found this hidden gem! My type of hair is not easy to cut so I've never had any consistency in the way my hair came out. The staff is very friendly as well, they are easy to talk to and you will fit right in no matter your background and age! read more

Another great cut from Jeff! Really dig this barber, because they are personable and top notch in quality.

This is my kind of barber shop. I was visiting for the holidays and needed a good place to get a haircut. I found this shop on Yelp and decided to check it out. Jeff greeted me warmly and said he'd be with me in 5 or 10 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later, I was in the chair. The haircut probably took about 20 minutes and my hair looks great! I highly recommend this shop. It's inside the mall in the Publix plaza, to the right of the CVS. read more
