This is by far the BEST place I've been to in 12 years of searching for help with chronic pain! I…read moream saying that and have only been to a few appointments. The communication and collaboration has been excellent from the start. Cody reached out to do my initial call that I signed up for, and he was extremely kind and thorough in his questioning. I then got set up for my free discovery visit, where Lauren welcomed me at the front door, and Dr. Regan did a thorough evaluation and let me know she thought they could help. I have now had two appointment for treatment, and am making some progress on ALL of the areas I have pain. Dr. Regan checks in on how you're feeling, listens to how the exercises are going, tests to identify where she thinks the issue is stemming from, and then can confirm it as well to make sure she has the right idea of what to treat. They are truly a team, as the information I provided up front to Cody got communicated then to the others, so I have never felt like I've needed to repeat myself over and over again like I have at other places. I am getting extremely personalized treatment, and the best is that I'm actually making some progress on issues I've had for years and years. They educate you as you go, answer any questions along the way, and send a very detailed report with a video for exercises after each visit. I wish I had found this clinic years ago before I had my hip surgery. If you're having pain, try this place out before going to surgery! There is nothing to lose, because they will evaluate your situation for free and give you an honest assessment of if they think they can help before you spend any money.

Prior to Dr. Regan I was preparing for two major surgeries, seeing multiple specialists, and weekly PT for disruptive/chronic pain. I also was grieving the loss of one of my greatest loves, running. A close friend encouraged me to try Physio Revolution. The entire team welcomed warmly, and I felt comfortable immediately. They took the time to listen and also establish reasonable expectations and how to partner with them in getting back the quality of life I desired. It is a special place that combines so many different elements with physical wellness. They're not just providing exercises but understanding why the movements are critical in healing and training. They also are respectful that this isn't the only thing you have going on and customize plans to your lifestyle. I have not only achieved physical strength, and the ability to run again, but also confidence and accountability in investing time in selfcare and wellness. I also have not worked this hard and feel confident it's because TPR is such an amazing partner.
