I heard great reviews and saw a lot of people from back home coming to Canada through this immigration consulting agency but yet I am a person who can't believe things until I see them with my own eyes! I contacted Neha with very reserved hopes and explained all the situations. She was a great professional and most importantly she was very transparent :She wont be raising your hopes higher than expected just to sell her services , in the contrary she would be realistic and expose the facts as they are. The process was long but even through tough times Neha was very calm and comforting and provided support and feedback while doing her best to accelerate the whole procedure. Long story short I am now reunited with my small family thanks to Neha and her agency. Highly recommended!!

I had to call them this morning when the commuter bus from Edmonton broke down literally as we were entering Sherwood Park. I told them I needed a taxi right away or I was going to be late for work and they obliged me by sending a car in under five minutes. I was surprised with how new the vehicle looked versus cabs I have taken in Edmonton and didn't smell any odors that would lead me to believe they have ever allowed smoking in their cars. The driver was friendly without it coming off as obnoxious or forced and he got me straight to my destination using the fastest way possible which earned a tip from me. Baseline more then met every one of my service expectations and I would have no qualms about using them again in the future.

He was instrumental in organizing and arranging all aspects of the mission, from air to ground transport. Rudy made sure that my grandmother was well taken care of during the trip.
