The guys showed up right on time every day, worked hard while there, were so friendly, asked questions when needed to ensure I got what I wanted. However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money.
