Please fix Mychart so that when a patient sends a link to share access, the link works. Currently your link requires a family member to: 1) arbitrarily sign up for a discrete account even though they are not a patient, 2) call tech support, 3) obtain a verbal authorization in addition to the invitation (even when the person is family with written authorization on file in the clinic). After all of that, the account will still get locked and you will be forced to reset the password with the help of customer service. read more

We have come here several times to visit audiology for my mother-in-law, who is hard of hearing and also suffers from Alzheimer's. The staff were wonderful; patient and caring. Good AC during the heat of summer, and comfortable seating. Cafeteria is a ways away (in the hospital) but there is a cold-drink machine on the second floor. This is the worst place ever. My mother went in for a lump in her throat so they did an endoscopy. They emailed her a few days later and said "oh its pre cancer come back in 3 years to have it checked" Ummm??? I think a walmart tire shop worker couldve told me better information than that! She went to see a specialist in seattle who worked at the mayo clinic and luckily told her she was fine and that its .3% cancerous. But still! Horrible and will never be going back. read more

This is for the Confluence Health / Methow Valley Clinic in Winthrop. To start with, you can't even call them. You have to call a main line, they message Winthrop, and Winthrop calls you back. They often mix up appointments; they make one and then call back to tell you they have to change it. My husband has gout and asked for a refill of his medication; the doc gave him TWO pills - he's supposed to take five at a time -- it was a total insult, and he's in so much pain. They're not able to submit the bill to insurance correctly; we have to resubmit them -- a huge hassle. I brought in a standing order for a blood test, but when I called to schedule it, they can't do it because they lost it. I scheduled a 250ml phlebotomy; they only had a 450ml bag and guessed at the amount of blood taken. They are inept at everything, and uncaring to boot. TWO pills? You can't call them? I had called another clinic in town who referred me to this one because they said they said they would accept my insurance from Medicare & DSHS for being disabled, so I made an appointment here instead. The wait was almost 2 months, and they took my insurance information at the desk like everything was fine, but when I finally got my bill it was $245 for a routine eye exam- and my insurance covered nothing! So instead of getting an eye exam which would have cost me $50-80 at Costco or Walmart I have a bill for $250- which is tough since I just had to pay for my new glasses on a fixed income as well. I am shocked to say the least and will never ever make the mistake of going here again, and hope no other disabled people do the same. read more
