I expected my home to be put back to previous status as advertised and not have to do a lot work. Unfortunately my experience despite others high ratings was not the same. As of March and July 2024 the majority of team was Temp staff which is a problem since training is limited. Although Yuri did appear to supervise for most of the 1st day of pack out some of the way things were packed caused items to break and some staff did not take feedback well. The picture and scanning detail is a good concept yet WiFi access can limit their ability to accurately return items to previous locations. I did a significant amount of packing myself before they arrived which ensured the pack back was easier overall for BR and Kitchen, yet it was necessary for me to be very hands on during the Pack Back. I had a large glass hutch which broke, Yuri made it right by replacing glass at his expense. This was a situation which could have been avoided with better oversight of packing the truck for the return trip. Being a new business owner has challenges and getting the right staff can take time. I wish Yuri and his team success.

It has been a very long process and we are unfortunately still displaced and not quite close to being finished yet, but Scott and his crew have been excellent. They handle working with the insurance really well, and they get directly paid by the insurance so we don't need our bank to micromanage the funds paid out by insurance. If needed, they have all the connections they may need to keep moving forward with the process. Our house needs some demolition and construction done to fix the fire damage, and his contractors have also been awesome. I got quotes from other places that included drywall repair but they were a few days out. So I decided to go with Green Planet because they could start immediately. The only thing was that their quote didn't include drywall repair. I was told it's another dept and I would need to get a quote or I can find my own handyman. Ok how much can it be? Well after the water damage was resolved, I started getting quotes for drywall repair. I found out it was very expensive. In fact, well past the quote from the other places that included drywall repair. If I were to do it again, I would get quotes for the complete work so I can compare apples to apples.
