These are solution oriented folks that don't give up until the problem is solved. Fun, quirky atmosphere in the shop and great small talk - all while being knowledgable about tech. They even had a place for me to rest on a comfy leather couch and watch "Benchwarmers" on their flat screen while I waited. They really got us out of a bind and this is why I will always patronize an authentic "mom and pop" that loves what they do and helping others, over some corporate, big box tech-support cattle mill.
