B1 is has been quite relaxing and peaceful. Allowed me to charge and be in my thoughts. I do wish I had bed. I could get some really good sleep. I did try a really good smoothie stand called Freshens. I had the green smoothie. Safe travels to any flying through here.

Another great terminal in Atlanta airport. Most of Atlanta airport terminals have plenty of places to eat/shop. I ate at this terminal recently by going into TGI Fridays. I do recommend it as the service is quick and the food is good for airport food.

All good here, easy to move around to get in and get out. The train will take you directly here for you to walk up. Of course if you want to get your steps in you can walk your way here. I had enough time to grab a drink before my flight. I usually like to be on the last people to board. But every time I land here and takeoff I seem to land in this concourse. For how big the airport is they definitely move you along, even though I make sure to get here 2 hours early just in case. The morning time is busy but the evening time seems chill. Unless it was just one of those lucky days.

Gate B25. Delta Airlanes have great customer service here... yeah Today is Tuesday at 8:08 and it's not crowded here! This gate is clean and comfortable...

Best concourse in the whole airport. Not like we had a choice. Seating was spread out nicely so we could actually stretch out and snooze in between flights.

It's atlanta... the busiest airport in the US! There is everything you want... food, drink, shops, bathrooms, and all. Lots of room around, but lots and lots of people too. I mean come on it is the Atlanta Airport... And it is crazy packed! Expect it.

Whenever I fly Delta, I'll usually at the B Concourse in AtlantA. So this terminal has become familiar to me. Plenty of restaurants as you enter the terminal, and places to eat or drink on either side. Restrooms have always been super clean. Watch out for pre-boarding though... those crowds do spillover into main walkway.

DELTA customer service was garbage during the software shut down. Not enough seats for the flight alone in the waiting lobby.I have been at the airport a whole work shift with overtime and missed a day of vacation. Flight was pushed back hours after shut down with no reason said at all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. No accommodation for the error not even a voucher for a hotel.

    Really exciting place. .....

Not the best terminal here Don't you hate the word terminal applied to flying..... This particular place doesn't have particularly good facilities. Food and shopping are very limited and the seats are so hard, your ass goes flat.

Specifically, I can remember the southern hospitality that my wife and I felt being extended from the TSA agents to the staff in the lounges. Being from California, this was a huge culture shock and has since ignited a spark of excitement whenever I hear that our flight plans include a stop at this airport. Therefore, I was elated when my wife informed me that our trips to South Africa would include a stop at Hartsfield-Jackson. Arriving from Sacramento, we were warmly greeted by a friendly employee who stood at the gate exit/entrance. Since we had a little over an hour before our flight departed, we decided to take the plane train to our gate. While attempting to board the train, we observed an employee contacting 911 while simultaneously trying to communicate with a gentleman whom had fainted on the train. Although I was unable to obtain the employee's name, I think that she deserves a huge kudos for remaining calm during this situation and ensuring that the gentleman was able to safely exit the train and receive medical attention. Keep up the great hospitality Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport!

To get to your concourse (or gates), you have to take the air train from the security terminal. Don't really have much to say besides it does its job connecting you pretty much anywhere you need to go in the US and the Caribbean. I also hate how Delta told me my flight was going to be delayed and then decided to back track and say it's on time. Resulting in me needing to expedite what I was doing and call an Uber to the airport immediately. Not cool.

It seems logical but have visited multiple airports where the ordering gets inconsistent, another letter is added after the number, or worse, a situation where you are going to gate 14, and you reach 16 and then realize it starts over at 1 going up to 14? Technically, this review is for Concourse C since there are only two terminals at Atlanta, with the domestic terminal having multiple concourses (C being one of them). We had the opportunity to fly into it from LAX on a red-eye Delta flight. The main entrance/exit is in the middle of the concourse with Gates C21, C22 and C30, C31 surrounding it (there are no Gates C23 - C29). Note all the gates in Concourse C are used by Delta Airlines. We needed to get to Concourse F to catch our connecting flight. We saw signs stating that it could be reached by walking 25 minutes, but ended up taking the Plane Train, which took only 4 (even after stopping at the in-between concourses first).

The cool thing about Clear is it uses biometric identification (fingerprint/iris scan) to verify your identity, which is super cool.
