Enjoyed my experience here. It is a hike from the parking lot to your seats and I do believe you can bring your own water and snacks . Wide we'd known this before. The food on the inside is just ok. I'd recommend eating before and taking Lyft ringer there.

The location is rural and parking needs direction. They had us go in the line to park only to find out It was only for Premier access which is prepaid parking. They have free parking, which is not too bad of a walk. Check in was easy as you walk through metal detectors, and check your purse. They have food trucks as you walk in, past that there's an eatery with your normal concession foods and drinks. Expect each item to be at least about $20 including a beer. Lines in the bathroom get pretty long. I recommend going to the one on the right because it's three rows of stalls instead of two on the left side. Sit towards the middle of the stadium to get the best view of the stage. We sat at 2:04 and we had great seats. It's under the pergola too. We seen Nelly, Eve, Chingy, and Ja rule. It was such an amazing show. I will say sound system could be a little better. Keep in mind, leaving is a nightmare. The wait about 30 minutes before we actually left the venue and we were in standstill traffic.

came here for my first country concert! Not bad at all ! It's a smaller venue but it's still great!

I was invited to watch the Nelly concert here last week and I really liked the venue. There's plenty of shade and cover which was a lifesaver since it was so hot that day. They had a couple of food trucks with really good options and their own concession stand had a refillable popcorn which was such a fun touch. The concert itself was great. I only knew two of Nelly's songs. One of them I actually know because of TikTok but he performed my favorite one before closing so I ended up staying for the whole show (haha). Overall, it was a fun night and I really enjoyed the experience.

My wife and I enjoy a night at the theater, but living out in the Clayton Valley area it can be…read morequite a trek to visit the more prominent theaters in the City (pricey tickets, aside) - and as a result we love East Bay community theater. So we were delighted (and surprised) to see an advertisement for a play in Clayton put on by a local theater company - the Clayton Theater Company. Community theater in Clayton? We had to check this out! With a super convenient location, we chose a weeknight evening showing. A short drive to the theater, free diagonal parking literally across the street from Endeavor Hall in Clayton, reasonable ticket prices - this definitely was not a San Francisco or Berkeley theater experience! We were fans before the show even started. This was true community theater. Much work was done by volunteers, people giving their time to foster arts in their community. Talking to some people involved in the production, rehearsals went on for a couple months beforehand, actors and musicians rehearsing hours into the night after working a full day. The play was "Radio Hour", a dramatization of a 1940s radio variety hour production. The play was wonderful, and featured a marvelous blend of drama, singing, dancing and music. The live music really made the show. As a bonus we took away insights and an appreciation for the behind-the-scenes work of early radio productions. Endeavor Hall has constraints as to stage size and we admired the creativity behind the stage setting and production to optimize what they had. Unbeknownst to us, the Clayton Theater Company has been putting on productions since at least 2013, typically at least a couple a year. Past productions have included Arsenic and Old Lace, Urinetown, Rumors, and You're a Good Man Charlie Brown. They won several 2017 Shellie Awards. Community theater fans in the area owe it to themselves to check out the Clayton Theater Company.

I returned for the first time in 15 years and can honestly say not much has changed. The place is decently clean for the most part, but I did notice that the cup holders in front of my seats had spider webs all over. Later on during the show I was attending, the spider came out I ended up having to kill it. I think the lack of up keeping has been due to a noticeable decrease in ticket sales. I attended a rock concert that hosted 8 bands, half of them big names and the place failed to sell at least 40% of the tickets. I believe that was due to the economy and also the fact the concert was taking place on a Sunday. Regardless, this place has some places to pick up on. The pricing was interesting, some food was expensive as you'd expect but there were hidden gems like a $12 free refill soda cup and also $2 hot dogs. I also appreciated the fact we could bring in practically unlimited sealed water bottles and an electronic spray fan with no issues. What was a huge difference compared to my prior experience was that ushers didn't ticket anyone in the seating areas, probably because there were so many empty ones and also a lot of people were trying to escape the heat/sun. Overall, I had a decent experience this time around. Staff were friendly, parking was free, and unlike most venues, you can actually find a surprisingly good deal for food and drinks. Concord Pavilion, now the Toyota Pavilion gets 4/5.

Worth noting: you are on long train with 3-4 different experiences and it seems you get different things depending on what you paid for. The my may have a tea, beer train, wine train, etc. We were in the back of the train and got the slowest service and stuck in a car with no AC. Ended up on the open air car and it was nicer. you might be better off paying for the base price; buy a drink or two and call it a day. Don't expect gourmet food here; bring a picnic and eat outside before/after your trip.

Boba Tea train: There were a number of issues with this…read moreexcursion. First off, most of the tea samples came with little to no ice and were somewhat warm. This made some of the undrinkable. Others were somewhat warm cloyingly sweet as to be unpleasant. Overall, though both of us are fans of boba tea- we would suggest a different vendor or more training for the staff preparing the samples. Roughly half of the flavors were not good at all. Additionally, they listed "boozy" flavors on the menu but never said anything about how to get those or whether they were included. Second problem- we preordered dumplings as did apparently a LOT of people. There were no dumplings on the train, only rice bowls. Furthermore- the waitress didn't know what we were talking about when we mentioned having preordered food. At least half of the tables in our car had preordered dumplings and were very disappointed. There was no information on how to obtain a refund if we didn't want the substitute of a rice bowl. About halfway through our trip, the train lost power which included lights, air conditioning, and the ability to flush toilets. Power stayed off with no explanation for more than 15 minutes, causing the car to become very warm and stuffy. Overall, this excursion suffered from lack of communication, lack of staff training, lack of preparation on the part of the organizers. Given the cost, I would not recommend this.
